Kids and I stopped for a nite on way to their summer camp. Was perfect. Great outdoor area to enjoy the cool mountain air fireside. Super clean! Great to have keurig too!! Everything you need.

We had a great experience at Ed and Rosie’s place. The whole apartment was super clean, recently updated, and well-appointed. Communication was outstanding and we felt very cared-for during our stay.

Ed and Rosie's place is truly the perfect mountain getaway. The backyard has a hotub, fire pit with chairs, a grilling area, a hammock and swings! The porch was very cozy with a gas fire pit. (I don't know how to use gas fire pits, so my only recommendation would be a note on how to use it.) The inside of the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Ed and Rosie even provided everything to makes smores! The bathroom was very nice and I loved that the towels and robes had "Ed and Rosie's Place" embroidered on it. There was a sidewalk by the cottage that could take you straight to downtown. Black Mountain is a wonderful place to visit! Highly recommend this town and Ed and Rosie's place! Can't wait to go and back and visit with my husband!

Loved the little side home adjacent to the full home. I wasn’t expecting to have a neighbor attached to the stay but it went fine. Hot tub was great, there wasn’t any propane for the propane fireplace on the balcony but the propane I. The grill worked. I wouldn’t recommend it to be more than a party of two it wasn’t a very big space to move around in. But for a couple it’s nice little tiny home style

Rosie was a delightful host, the property is easily accessed and full of extras. It is nicely furnished with a modern sensibility and if you want to stay for a while, the kitchen, though small, is fully equipped with smart extras.

Rosie was a great host. Everything was spot on just like it was it was represented in the pictures. Downtown is right up the road with all the great food. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the back porch with the propane fire place, but the hot tub was our favorite spot! We’d love to come back for another trip.

Little snacks and some sweet chocolate was a nice little touch Pancake mix and syrup for breakfast w a waffle maker Kcups for coffee microwave Nice touch with the logo emborder on the towels Lotion and towels rags were provided Overall the place was clean Its a good place to get away for some peace and quiet. However, its also not far from town if you need anything. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The yard is cute with plenty of outdoor sitting A little to cold to stay outside for long chilly 16 and it snowed but thankfully it cleared Bed was very comfortably beware of how low the ceiling are where the bed is at Downfall was the little window was open and I could see straight into the neighbors She was very commutative and called to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed Might want to add another blanket for those cold nights

This place was so cozy and homey, we felt right at home! We really enjoyed the hot tub, the selection of board games was great there were all kinds. We will certaintly be coming back for longer next time 💜

Ed and Rosie’s place is a gorgeous little place! It was extremely clean, very well decorated, and had all kinds of activities to keep you busy. Hot tub, board games, fire pit (gas and natural), etc. I highly recommend it. Ed and Rosie were also very sweet people and were very clear that if anything was needed that we shouldn’t hesitate to let them know! The only thing I have to mention is that if you’re extremely tall (such as myself) you might hit your head a few times. Apart from that however, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Cozy little cottage not far from shopping. Comfortable, clean & has amenities. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

This is a great spot near the Black Mountain shops. The room is very cozy and the we enjoyed time in the hot tub. Check in was very easy and the hosts had everything taken care of. We really appreciate all the considerations that were in place for a great visit.

Very cute little B&B. Perfect for a single person. Very convenient location. Loved having a hot tub to soak in after a long, chilly hike.

This cozy, clean, new, and fresh place within walking distance to the lovely downtown Black Mountain is a gem! We would recommend for a romantic getaway! The hot tub was awesome too.

Rosie & Ed's was the perfect place! It's location is close to the town center and wonderful hikes. The accommodations were very clean and appealing. The amenities in the backyard, hot tub, fire pits, swings etc.. were a real plus after an active day.

We enjoyed our stay (although we weren’t there much!). The hot tub was perfect after a 12 hour drive one day and a full day at Biltmore the next! We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the fire pit, as well.
