TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach

Great room, location and breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Wasn’t sold on the restaurant upstairs. Services was a little ‘in your face’. Food was good but came out 1 meal at a time.

The location was perfect with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach on our doorstep. And the staff were super friendly and went above & beyond to assist us during our stay.

Breakfast was exceptional. The number of choices and the quality of the food was good. The beach was just across the hotel. Room was huge and very comfortable. It was very clean. Everything worked. Maybe they can improve the pool a little bit. Some tiles were not too clean. Staff were very helpful too. Overall, the TMS hotel was a good experience.

Well located

We did not like our stay and were expecting much better. There was a lot of noise, especially from people banging doors, which made the stay quite unpleasant. I was also told that an extra bed would cost 850,000 VND, which in my opinion is excessively expensive. The swimming pool is very small considering the number of guests at the hotel. At one point, I could not find my extra room card and was told that I would be charged an additional fee if I could not find it. Overall, the hotel is very far behind international brands such as Marriott, Radisson, etc., both in terms of service and overall experience. We were expecting a much higher standard.
