the facilities are very nice and some of the staff at the family selection are extremely nice !

We like the atmosphere.
The wedding planner that used your hotel. Was really unprofessional and makes you guys hotel feel unprofessional.

The pools were all good. The beach area was nice. The room was clean. The hotel conveniently offers covid testing so we didn't have to leave the property prior to going to the airport for flights back to the US. The grounds are pretty.
The food wasn't very good at all. It was fine for kids (chicken nuggets, french fries, etc.), but it was pretty lackluster for anyone with even a marginally developed palette. I've stayed in less expensive all-inclusive resorts in Mexico with far better food. The butlers constantly got our requests wrong. They also added us to multiple WhatsApp groups (as in, groups for other families), which was strange. If other families' information was being shared with me, who was my information being shared with?
