This was a great place for our long weekend. The beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy on our trips to the beach and made it enjoyable. Leslie was very attentive and available if needed and I would stay here again.

Property needs to be updated. Counter top and walls need attention. Corner of cabinet is dangerous for a tall man. My husband banged his head a few times. Shower head needs to be replaced. Television in bedroom only gets one channel we tried several different ways but could only get one channel. Very nice location just needs tlc.

I loved my stay and even made arrangements to add a day, we enjoyed it so much. The location is excellent for a beach stay. The owner communicated well and was easy to work with for our visit. We would book this room again!

This condo is a great location with a great host. We would definitely come stay again. If you are looking for super fancy this is not it. This is a quiet locals kind of place. We basically were there to sleep in a clean bed and were too busy enjoying the beautiful beach! The building across the street has picnic tables for beachside dinner and drinks, a pool, and it’s so easy getting around. It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway.

I was disappointed upon checking into this property. I believe I got what I paid for as far as size and location and comfort. It was cheap compared to the rest of the area. However, it was not clean. There was mold around the handles and in the corners of the tub. The floors and walls and doors were filthy. Nothing had been dusted. The couch was dirty and the sofa bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. The towels and sheets had stains on them. I'm a mom and came with just my 16 year old daughter and her friend. We were greeted with snow birds who stared at the girls every day in the parking lot. Neighbors who smoked and were loud. To me, I regret not spending more on something more suitable for us, and definitely cleaner. Leslie was very nice but seems not to know much about her property status.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It has a great view, quick easy access to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Condo was cozy and perfect for our family! Will stay again if we are back down there!

This place is close to the water and many other shopping and activities that you will enjoy. Johns pass is very close and a must do. Just within 3 min or less depending on your walking speed your feet will be in the sand where the water will greet you. The home is nice and cozy with everything you need to make for a nice stay. The bed is comfortable with tv in room along with internet and cable that works. Very safe quite neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, place was as expected, and the owners provided a book of suggestions of things to do which was perfect.

Proximity to beach, clean, checking in and out was great. Sitting out front on the balcony watching storms or sunsets was awesome!

Property was nice, didn't quite realize that it was a condo with a shared balcony but it worked out fine. Location was good and kitchen, linens etc. were well stocked. Had a wonderful time with my two girls. Parking was an issue but thankfully neighbors helped us out. Overall a great stay!

Leslie was a great host with excellent communication. Great location with a very short walk to the beach. The pool did get pretty busy since it is shared with three buildings but there was plenty of room for everyone. This had to be the best stocked kitchen of any condo I have ever stayed in with kitchen tools and dishes. Definitely recommend staying here.

My family had an amazing trip. The condo was clean and cute. Nice updated pull out couch and bedroom furniture. Everything was clean and just as expected. The owner was very very friendly and helpful. Everything was literally a breeze. Hope to be back next year, if not sooner!

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and chill on the beach… look no farther. The complex is right across the street from the beach. Easy to walk to. Leslie was amazing. Super easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed our relaxing time at the beach and will return :)

The condo was super-convenient to walk across to the beach multiple times throughout the week. The condo was clean w/a comfy king sized bed. I will definitely stay there again.

The beach and the pool was quite relaxing, which was about a 2 minute walk from where we were staying. We were not far from Pasadena and all of the areas to dine, which was a plus. Additionally, the people in the area were really kind and nice. However, the stay at the residence was a nightmare. I left traumatized and my son mentioned he did not enjoy where we stayed for our mini vacation, which is so unfortunate and heartbreaking. The condo was unsanitary, unclean, and disgusting. Upon arriving, the place had a mold/mildew smell; the scent of cat hair. I found sperm stains on the comforter, dirty pillows, dirty towels/wash cloths, which I let Leslie know and she immediately told the maid service. The maid service replaced the sheets and the towels (the following day), but left the stained comforter. When she arrived the next day to take the comforter, she asked me if I had anything to sleep on. I slept in my robe the entire stay, which was so unpleasant. I noticed someone left a tampon in the closet, which was not thrown away and clearly was not mine. The person from the maid service removed the dirty pillow but placed it in the closet with my luggage. There was hair around the sink, in the towels, and on the toilet top. The microwave leaves a daunting smoke smell when heating up food along with the utensils in the drawers having rust. I had to go and purchase additional items from the Dollar Tree to make our stay a little bit okay. I could go on to mention other discrepancies I found but I do not want to reminisce staying under those conditions. I thought I would be residing in a resident that would feel like home away from home but it was a nightmare to say the least. Leslie refunded $50 but that will never change the traumatization from the worst VRBO experience I have yet to experience.

It was nice having a king sized bed in the bedroom and my teenage daughters were comfortable on the sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple cooking. The very best thing about this condo is the location. It’s away from the public beach access parking so the beach doesn’t get overly crowded and the beach at this spot isn’t too wide, so it’s an easy distance to carry your chairs and towels etc across the two lane road and down to the water. We didn’t use the pool across the street because it was pretty full over the weekend, but it looked clean. We would definitely return!

I was looking for something beachfront. This stay is literally one road off the beach/ocean. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It could not have been a more perfect location. Close enough to the beach to come and go as needed. It is also a relatively quiet beach. We saw dolphins one morning during our stay. Each morning, the beach was a blanket of shells to discover. It is in a quiet area, but just a short drive to many fun shops and restaurants. The place was VERY clean, provided towels and chairs for the beach, and was represented accurately. What is posted is what you will get. Last, Leslie was the best communicator of any rental I have ever done. She was available and invested in you enjoying your stay!

My 11 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this rental. It was squeaky clean and had all the comforts of home! Location is amazing- the beach is truly just a stone’s throw across the street, and you can see the water from the front windows. The owner was so helpful and communicative. Beachfront restaurant within walking distance and grocery store a short 4 minute drive away. We will definitely come back!
