Cold water in the shower. But with boiling water in the kitchen, you will be able to have a warm shower out of the bucket 🪣

The aircon water leak of the above floor is falling on a steel roof drop by drop in a resounding noise, all night long. A small pipe would correct the issue I think.

Its safe, quiet, Good value for money, near carinderias, small restos, grocery, convenience shops, sari-sari stores and there is a laundry shop at the ground floor. Miss Rose is very responsive in my queries. Smoking, partying and loud noises is not allowed which is good for me.

Was not able to connect to the internet using the property's wifi.

Staff were terrible. Asked for toilet paper 3 or 4 times. Was told it would be there in 1 hour. Waited longer than this so ended up buying our own. The next afternoon we received the toilet paper... Over 24 hours later. Ants absolutely everywhere. All over our food, most which ended up being thrown away. All the water smelt eggy and had to be run for 15 minutes to get rid of the smell. Shower pressure was basically none existant so had to wash with a bucket. Asked for our room to be cleaned and the lady (I believe was named rose) handed me a bucket and mop implying I cleaned it myself. The electric cut out on our 3rd to last day and didn't come back on. We ended checking out early because we had no lights or A/C. All the food we wanted to cook had to be thrown away. Was lied to numerous times about when the electric would be back on. In the end we spoke to the boss who admitted it wouldn't be on for at least another 24 hours. We asked for a refund of our last night so we could change hotel. This was agreed but we went back the next day to collect our refund, Rose tried to deduct money for plastic bowl that was cracked when it was already like that.
