We liked the hotel in general. The room is clean and provided us with fruits on arrival. The staff is really helpful and they helped us with calling a taxi. We loved the delicious breakfast.

The distance is about 25 mins away from Pudong airport.

The room was nice to look at.

I was traveling along with 2 children. I do not like being accused of leaving without paying after I had tried to pay 3 time while dealing with 1 toddler and an infant and both the staff and front desk had reassured me that it will be taken cared of through the place I had booked. I also didn't like being rushed to get on the shuttle as I was trying to pay for the accommodation.

The staff was super nice, and there’s a hotel shuttle bus going to Pudong airport, which’s surprising to me.

The room was awesome but there still had some design is doesn't make sense.

The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, close to the airport

The biggest problem is that none of the stuff could not speak nor understand English. The closest metro station is 15 min drive by hotel bus, so it is quite far. There were no salt or pepper in the hotel restaurant which are the most common spices used by tourists from Europe. One should always check if the receptionist understood the time for booking the ride to the airport, since it is included in the service of the Hotel.
