Anana Ecological Resort Krabi - SHA Extra Plus

My girlfriend and I recently had a fantastic 14-night stay at Anana Ecological Resort. It offered the perfect peaceful escape from the noise and action of Ao Nang Beach, even though it's located just 10 minutes away via the free hotel shuttle! The amenities and food were great—especially the hotel breakfast, the pool, and the rooftop restaurant. We ordered the salmon and sea bass one evening when we didn’t feel like heading out, and the meal arrived quickly and was really good. A huge shoutout to the staff, who played a big role in making our stay so wonderful. We want to thank Hassan at the front desk concierge and one other team member (I really regret not catching his name) in particular. They were super friendly, warm, welcoming, and helpful. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible.

My only minor critiques are that I wish there were a designated smoking area so fewer people would smoke on their balconies, and that the gym could use an update since the equipment felt a little dated.

Everything, the staff were amazing, the cleanliness was lovely. They offer free shuttle buses into town, the location is perfect, not too hard to get about. The breakfast was lovely. Honestly the best hotel I’ve been to.

Nothing

The staff were so nice to me. I feel like they went above and beyond. Made sure we stayed smiling. Made an effort to understand exactly what we were saying even though we had somewhat a language barrier.

The problems i had have nothing to do with the property.
