amazing property with stunning views

Great location.

Hot water ran out in 3-4 minutes in the shower.

We stayed only one night, location is great in the middle of centre, walking distance to shops, restaurants.

The bed is not comfortable and the whole appartment a bit dusty, and there were some beard shavings left all over the bathroom sink.

Location and flat is big.

Lift is old.

Met by Larissa, she walked me through the apartment, showed me the tv/cable remotes how to use.. The A/C in bedroom and Kitchen. There was some leftover trash a previous renter threw up on the armoire, I do not fault management for not seeing it I am 2m tall and have a different perspective. you can see Independence Monument from the living room window. The view from the kitchen balcony is the back side of the buildings so it is a street and parking . Management was gracious about payment, as when doing multiple bookings one might forget that "collect at property" is not billed to your CC. King size bed Great, NO Mattress REALLY BAD, Management says it is typical to have just a board with a very, very small padding on it as a mattress.

Location was excellent

Horrid smell under kitchen sink, floor tiles loose and coming up in every room, not enough water to take a single bath, TV cuts in and out, bed is as hard as a rock, and owner decides when he does and doesn’t want to honor your reservation and removes you to rent to someone else (I assume for slightly more money?).

No kitchen light ( fast repaired ) Water from the roof in the kitchen ( no react...)

I booked a room for two nights. Unfortunately I I couldn’t take flight because my corona test it wasn’t ready. I sent email to the owner that he can change the dates , but I he don’t want to do. He told me I must pay for one more night if I stay. The apartment is dirty the bed is like stone I don’t recommend nobody to live in that apartment. Save your time and money evining one pension or not is much better than here.

Apartment is very dirty, The main door is very scared. They have just one bit and it’s like stone I didn’t sleep that night Please save your money and time and safe your good sleep
