Wohnung MARIALBA in unserem Steinfamilienhaus umgeben von Garten, in Elite-Teil von Dubrovnik, Ploce, nur 150 m zu Fuß von der Altstadt und dem beliebten Stadtstrand Banje hat Meerblick, Insel Lokrum und Dubrovnik Altstadt und Stadtmauern Blick.
Es ist klimatisiert und hat Wi-Fi Internetanschluss. Der Parkplatz für unsere Gäste ist kostenlos, aber es ist nötig, bei der Buchung zu reservieren.
Alle wichtigen Denkmäler, Galerien, Kirchen, Restaurants, Cafés, Aufführungen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Seilbahnstation ist 150m von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle des Stadtbus Nr. 8 (nach Gruz - Hafen von Dubrovnik) und Nr. 5 (zur Halbinsel Lapad).
MARIALBA ist auf 2 Ebenen:
Küche, Ess-Wohnbereich, ein Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie das Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten zusammen + Einzelbett) mit Balkon.
Im Obergeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer (1/2 Zimmer und 1 Einzelzimmer) Vorzimmer mit Couch, kleiner Tisch und Sat-TV.
Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) im Obergeschoss.
Von den Dachfenstern aus erstreckt sich die Aussicht von den Inseln im Osten bis zum westlichen Teil Dubrovnik, mit Minceta und St. Lawrence Festungen.

This was a great spot near Old Town and walking distance to many many things including the port for excursions, restaurants, Banje beach, Cable car etc. Bus stop is close by if you'd like to use that. Uber/taxi were very affordable. We had a little issue with the bathroom but the host was very responsive. Only thing that could have been improved was if there was a mini split in the main floor bedroom.

We loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the property is close to walk to old town, grocery, restaurants and public transportation. The hosts are a great family dedicated to provide anything needed for a wonderful experience. The property itself is comfortable and spacious with great showers, comfy beds and AC if needed (nice breeze from the sea was wonderful). Dedicated parking was a huge huge help.Highly recommend a stay here!

Lovely accommodation with plenty of room for the four of us. The hosts were great and we had everything we needed for our 10 days in Dubrovnik. The location is fantastic, just a short walk into the old town and Banje Beach. It was so nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view over Lokrum Island (well worth a visit, it's beautiful). Would highly recommend this accommodation and hosts, we all had a fantastic time!

Everything was amazing. Incredibly convenient location to both old town, the beach, and nearby markets. Very spacious apartment with plenty of beds, even though we only used 1. The view was spectacular. Super easy check in and out. We loved this location so much I would easily recommend it to my friends.

This is an adorable apartment near Old Town and Banje Beach. The Balcony of the master bedroom has an incredible view of the Old Town and the Adriatic sea. It was So Relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy. Marija the host was very helpful and gave us tips for our visit in Dubrovnik.

The apartment was nice and clean, and was within walking distance to the entrance to the fort. Marija was very helpful with check in, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and told us where the nearest stores were, etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect place in great location with wonderful Terrace
A great home with room for seven people just minutes from the town and the Banje beach. Two bathrooms and a wonderful Terrace overlooking the town. Air conditioning in upstairs rooms as well as downstairs. Dubrovnik is a fantastic town and this location was perfect. Be prepared to walk up some stairs to get there from town but that is just the way the town is designed and this home was closer than most. Also a short walk away from cable car to top of mountain where there is also an easy airline shuttle bus for only $6. The owner lives in home below and met us even at 10:00pm when we arrived to show us the home. Very friendly and welcoming. You definitely want to stay here if coming to Dubrovnik!

My husband & I (who are in our sixties) stayed here for 3 nights June 3-5, 2018. This apartment we stayed in sleeps at least 6 people, but it might be a little cozy since there are only 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for us though. The air conditioning worked very well downstairs. The upstairs not quite as good but that's to be expected. We didn't spend much time up there anyway since the master bedroom & one bathroom is downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything but a dishwasher, but we didn't use many dishes. We just had breakfast & lunch there & ate out for dinner. There was a market nearby & the old town was about a 10 minute walk. However, the shortest way there required taking many stairs. There was a very nice restaurant toward the bottom of the stairs called Horizont--great food & reasonably priced. Most of the restaurants in the old town were very pricey. Also, the manager was very nice & helpful.

Apartment Paco it's just beautiful. It has all what one needs for a long and short stay. It has a grocery store nearby and a real nearby beach.

Comfortable apartment with nice view and close to Old Town Dubrovnik with resident helpful host.
We were 4 older adults on vacation. The apartment is comfortable and clean and furnished adequately. The best things about the apartment are: 1)Host, Marija (Maya) lives in the same building - both she and her husband are very nice and helpful, 2) You can walk to the old town in 5 minutes, and 3) the area is residential and felt very safe to walk even at night. The master bedroom has a small outdoor balcony that can seat 4 with a view of old town and the sea and we enjoyed some time sipping our wine in the evening.
The apartment is in an older building, as are others in the area. It is basic and comfortable and had enough room for us for the vacation stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and has a sloped ceiling with windows on the room that can be opened for ventilation. This is kind of cute but also has very low ceiling on one end of the room. The third bedroom has one single bed. I think there is a sofa bed too.
The house is air conditioned.
Marija is very prompt in responding to messages and phone often within minutes. She reserved a taxi for us the airport and her husband came out at 4 am to make sure it worked out fine!
We enjoyed our stay at Marija's Dubrovnik apartment.
