We stayed at the JLM property on family vacation. Very good communication from the owners to help prepare us. Checking in was a breeze. The property was terrific; clean and comfortable. The location is perfect; right across the street from break water pier, bike path, beach and bayfront park. Our favorite part was the covered deck that looks out over the bay; wonderful place for family meals and morning coffee. We will definitely stay with them again.

This place is amazing for a walk into beautiful Petoskey for so many shops, restaurants, coffee, and groceries. You can watch the sunset off Lake Michigan inside or outside of the unit. You can walk out to the pier, and in the summer look at all the boats. Perfect for little kids because the beach & park is right there. We stayed over New Years, so did not venture outside much. But we did walk into town because it was a warm. The inside is very nice with comfortable beds, great showers with great water pressure, two TV sets, nice kitchen area, and laundry too! Would stay again, and will recommend to friends. Only complaint is a King size bed would of been nice in the master bedroom. Wanted to point out, there are air conditioning units (it says on the listing there is not). There is an upper unit that has one King sized bed, one bathroom and kitchen/family room. We did not stay there, but looked at it. The upper unit was not being used during our stay, so there was no noise. We left some items behind, and the owners were nice enough to agree to send them to us.

Beautiful view, great location with walking access to downtown Petoskey. Bike path right outside the door. House was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!!

Stayed here as part of a family gathering in Petoskey. Just my wife and me for most of the visit with 4 adult children joining for part. The home was very versatile and fit us well. Pretty spot viewing the bay and lighthouse, very walkable into town. Would stay again.

The pictures don’t do the home justice. It’s a cozy space with everything you need and a gorgeous view with a beach (rocky so bring water shoes) right across the street. The location is perfect. I was with my husband and three kids, 9-9-5, and we would love to return!

Great location, property and view! Close walk to everything. Bike path was amazing- just steps outside the front door. Rode to Harbor Springs and Charlevoix. Also served as home base for day trips to Mackinac Island and Tahquamenon Falls. Picture perfect week! Owner was very responsive!

We had our first ever family vacation with our two year old son and had a wonderful time. As other reviews have highlighted, the location of this house can’t be beat. It was perfect for daily walks to the playground, bike rides, and trips into town. Of course the view was amazing, and the rental unit itself was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. We were very comfortable throughout our weeklong stay, and most importantly, our son loved it and had so much fun. We hope to return again next year!

House was very clean and in a great location!

My wife and I were here for a wedding and had a wonderful stay at this Lakehouse getaway. Great location in Petoskey; walk to the water or into town to shops and restaurants. Also, right next to the Little Traverse Wheelway Trail. The check in and check out process was very easy and the owners were very responsive to requests. The house and linens were very clean and the property has been well maintained. We would certainly stay here again if we have an opportunity to return to Petoskey.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property -- you just walk out the door and cross a lovely grass park and you are at Little Traverse Bay and the breakwater. We had four adults and that meant that one person had to sleep on one of the fold-out couches in either the living room or the den which was not ideal, but not terrible either. Very modern, well-equipped kitchen and large fridge. But best of all was location, location, location. A block from Bear River Park. Two blocks from the marina and great Petoskey Historical Museum. Three blocks from "Grandpa Shorters" store and 5 blocks from Kilwins, Murdick's and the cannon in downtown Petoskey's central park. Be sure to get donuts at Johan's up the hill. A Petoskey treasure for more than half a century.

It's not often one can find the perfect everything! Loved the stunning house! Enjoyed a comfortable bed, glistening bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen and to-die-for views. With sparkling Lake MIchigan, boats and bike trails in your front yard and a short walk to town, nothing could be more perfect!

We had a great time. House was immaculate and very well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items to prepare meals. House had a fiurnished porch with a great view of Little Traverse Bay and was also within walking distance to downtown area. We look forward to returning.

This home worked out really well for our family of seven. It was very comfortable and functional, loved the view of Lake Michigan, taking in the sunsets, searching for Petoskey stones, walking into town, and just a short drive to Harbor Springs and so many other areas. What a beautiful part of the country this is and we are so grateful for our week here!

This home is in an awesome location. The view is as listed. It’s within walking distance of town. If you like to walk or bike, the trail is in front of the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the property was we’ll stocked and suited our needs just right. Due to Covid the town was quieter than it would usually be but we had several good meals and did lots of biking on the trails.
