Dirty. Mold under 1 bathroom sink. Curtain rod on entrance door broken. Shower door in en-suite was off track - our architect son saw that the bottom track was nonexistent. 2 nails sticking up on stairs on2 floors, 2 headboards not attached & almost hit person in bed. Air conditioner froze up. We were told to turn it down, but thermostat was locked. Too much money for such poor quality.

the place was clean and a great place to stay. right on the beach. 2 jet tubs, 2 master tubs, whirlpool tub and pool outside. pool table in the house. we were comfortable in our spacious place. the only complaint we had was very minimal. we ran out of trash bags and toilet paper and no spare in the house. not a big deal we just picked some up at a local store. just wasnt aware that we needed to bring them. other than that we had an amazing weekend

The rental and Check in process were simple. Great communication. Fast responses. Needs a few upgrades but was clean and served the purpose for our group very well. Would recommend and stay again.

Family Get Away
Property was very spacious and excellent distance from beach and pool. However dishwasher would not drain and we couldn’t get maintenance there till end of trip. There were several chairs and stools broken inside and out of facility. The floors could have used a deep cleaning as feet were filthy after taking showers. Some other deep cleaning could be done when no one is renting property and also some painting to spruce up the place. Overall we were able to use the facility for what we needed for our vacation.

Recommend removing all broken chairs inside and outside on the balconies.

At this price point and late booking, we really couldn’t have found a better fit for our large group. Everyone had their own space, tv in every room allowed people to watch without bothering the common area, kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, and pool table really helped bring the usually disconnected members of the family together. We had some family members who may have preferred nicer accommodations, but the two upscale bathrooms went pretty far to help. Furniture is outdated and walls are nicked and stained, but there was not a grain of sand to be found: the practical cleaning was flawless. A couple rooms had a small view of the ocean. Most issues were addressed promptly, although there was a misplacement of the router that we had to figure out for ourselves over the course of several days. The elevator is EXTERNAL to the apartment and only takes you to the first floor from the parking lot. There are no rooms on the first floor of the unit. One of the best family get together we’ve had. Would consider again.

The condo needs to be updated a little. I was a little disappointed with the check-in process. We arrived 45 minutes before check-in and had to sit outside until the doors switched to unlock. Spacious condo right on the beach. It’s set-up like a hotel. You will have people above and around you. Luckily, this condo had neighbors only to the right of us. Parking is limited to only 4 cars, other vehicles will have to park in the overflow area which requires a short distance walk. We had fun here, just a few things to keep in mind when staying here. I give a 3.5/5 stars.

Bathroom Door locks didn’t work
Whole shower doors fell on my foot when try to close it !!!!! Microwave oven went out due to bad fuse or breaker and supply not provided as promised.

We had a great time. We had 4 adults and 11 teens. The number of rooms and bathrooms allowed us to spread out. The unit does not share any walls with another unit which is good with so many people. The pool and beach were great. The wrap around decks were also great. Rental reservation, check-in, and checkout were all quick and easy. Highly recommend this for a large group. Great price!

The mattresses and pillows were. Short answer they need to be replaced. There was some mold in shower on 2nd floor master that could have just used a deep cleaning. And upon entering we were greeted by a extremely large water bug. But we are next to the ocean so some of that is expected.
The home had plenty of seating and cutlery. We were here Sep 2020 so we did all our cooking and kitchen space was fine. Beach and pool are literally out the door. Balconies on every floor was nice. Just wish we got ocean view vs street view.

The code did not work when we first arrived, had to wait almost an hour to get in. We called to let the company renting this place that they did not leave us the amount of parking spaces we were supposed to receive because of the number of rooms we had, the faucet was broke and spraying water, the pool table was broken. On top of this the beds were not cleaned As my daughter found black hairs all over her bed, and the floors were dirty because as you walked across them in the bedrooms with carpet my socks turned black. We also found piles of dirt and a bug where they did not sweep under couches. No one came to fix just these issues! We were told someone would and bring us the extra passes. We did not want someone to come two days after we were there as we had already cleaned the beds and swept up all the garbage, but they were supposed to come fix at least the faucet if nothing else. As the stay went on my dads car was broken into, we found chalk on ceiling, smears in bathroom, 3 towel racks bent in half, someone else’s clothes in our closet. The list goes on and and on and I received no communication back on my stay or me sending this same message! We sure did not get the worth we paid for this place. What upsets me more is if I would have known it was this dirty and broken, this would not have been the last beach stay my mom would have ever taken to this place, we would have went elsewhere!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and fit our trip perfectly. The owner was a pleasure to work with and he was very accessible the whole step of the way. Even had the chance to meet him and his wife while I was there.

Listing was inaccurate. (They were going to update the site after we spoke.) Waited several days to speak with someone that could give me correct information regarding bedrooms and baths. House needs a thorough cleaning. The group renting across from us said the same about their unit. The size of the unit was good for our group and we did like the location.

Three generation Family Vaca Getaway
We enjoyed the location and space of our stay. Close enough to main street for mid day ice cream strolls on the beach and only a short ride to Broadway and Barefoot landing.

Owner and property manager doid work hard to make things right.
The description of property says ocean front beach view, while technically I guess this is true we were disappointed to find out that the unit is located behind the main unit facing the beach so the view of the beach from this unit is from the side of the building. I thought I was paying for a front unobstructed view of the beach. Secondly when we arrived the house was not as clean as what I have been used to using VRBO. For example, there was a bath towel with cheesy smears on it, we saw 3 very large roaches, one in the kitchen and 2 in the bathrooms. In addition, one of the 2 refrigerators was not working. Here is the good news, while I was very disappointed in the 1st 24 hours after arrival once I notified the management team of the issues they wasted no time correcting the issues. Within a few days we had a new fridge which was ok because this unit had 2 so we just used the one until then. Management immediately brought us a new batch of towels and they also called an exterminator out asap. So, all in all I am very satisfied, and I am confident this owner and management team will work hard to make your stay enjoyable even when issues occur. Things are not always perfect but it's how they are handled that is most important and the owner and management responded to my satisfaction under the circumstances.

Perfect for large group
We have a group that comes down every year for golf trip. The bedroom layout is perfect for larger group and do not feel like you are on top of each other.
