We had a wonderful seven night stay here. The location was perfect. You could walk to restaurants, bars, parks, and even the beach. The property is nice and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating. Ann is helpful and quickly addressed any issues. We would return!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Delray Beach House in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the accommodating and responsive host to the outstanding amenities, our family couldn't have been happier with our vacation rental experience.
The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the pool and BBQ grill area. The pool was impeccably maintained and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The BBQ grill was a fantastic addition, enabling us to cook up delicious meals and enjoy them alfresco style.
The location of The Delray Beach House was another standout feature. Situated near Atlantic Avenue, we were just a short walk away from a vibrant hub of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. As for the beach, it was conveniently located a short distance away from the property. The close proximity to the beach allowed us to make the most of our time by the water, whether it was sunbathing or enjoying a leisurely swim.
We had an incredible time, and we highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in Delray Beach, Florida.

We had a fabulous time staying at Ann’s place. We were extremely lucky as there are four units and no other gursts were staying in the other three so we had a private pool to ourselves. The pool is gorgeous! The location is perfect if you like going to the many bars and restaurants in the area, as it is just a very short five minute walk into town. She left very clear instructions about everything and was available for anything that you needed. She was lovely to meet in person and we loved her dog, Boomer as well. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ann‘s place for a your next getaway! I can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely stay at the Delray Beach House. Ann was very accommodating as we were traveling with an infant. The beach house was convenient to all spots in Delray that we enjoy - Atlantic avenue and the beach. We would return.

The Delray Beach House was a great choice for an amazing friend vacation. The house itself was perfect. Updated and super clean. The private pool that was shared among the units was perfect when we didn’t want to go to the beach. The beach was within walking distance but given we wanted a cooler and chairs we chose to drive there. The house is super close to all the restaurants and shops on Atlantic. Ann was a great host and so was her furry sidekick, Boomer. I would highly recommend this property when staying in Delray.

It was exactly as described in the listing, in an awesome/convenient location, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! My wife and I, plus our two adult daughters, just stayed at Ann's place in Delray Beach. Ann and her team are terrific hosts. Smooth check in and departure, easy parking, and the unit is exactly like the photos. Very close (1.5 blocks) to Atlantic Ave restaurants and nightlife. I think this is the best value to be found in Delray Beach. We would definitely recommend. Thanks!

I cannot say enough about the property and the owner. Ann made the check-in process very easy. She greeted us right away and showed up the property from top to bottom. She even brought us jumper cables because our rental car battery died. She really went above and beyond and is an exceptional host!
The property was clean and well appointed. Beds were VERY comfortable too! The location was perfect! Right near downtown Delray and VERY walkable to the beach! We will 100% stay there anytime we are in the Delray area. Thank you Ann for making our stay fantastic!

We chose this property for our marriage and the host couldn't have been more accommodating. Ann is an amazing host who was very easy to work with. We adjusted the amount of people staying with us with ease and she allowed us to check in a little bit early. We will be back to visit and will be using Ann in our future.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Delray Beach House. The location was perfect, place was clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and so relaxing. The host was very responsive and accommodating which was nice. I would recommend staying here if you want to experience this cute little town.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hostess was very accommodating by keeping in contact with me on getting access. The unit was clean, bright and airy. Beach towels and chairs were left for us as well which was great! I would recommend this place.

Perfect Location!
When I say the owners were excellent hosts....I mean it. This cute cluster of 4 units exits to a shared outdoor space with plenty of seating (covered and non-covered), grill and a warm heated pool. The unit was just as pictured, clean, and had the most comfortable beds!!! (they even provided beach towels)
My daughter and her friend went with me for spring break. We were able to have bikes delivered and travel on the side streets (1st or 2nd) until we needed to cross over the bridge to get to the beach. First, I really enjoyed this town and could get anyplace on our bikes in 20 minutes or less. This location was ideal to everything we wanted to do in Delray. The beaches were beautiful and the owners were helpful with many recommendations in a handy book they left in the unit. Wifi was an A+ (as I did have to work while I was there). We will be back.

The property is very well located to Atlantic Ave restaurants and stores and only a mile from the beach. There is a salt water swimming pool and a private garden with comfortable sitting area. The property manager is very responsive and helpful.

Winter Getaway
Great property for my friend and I and my dog, close to everything - Atlantic Ave, the beach, and a great farmers market. It was a quiet, private stay with plenty of room for the 3 of us and enough to recharge the batteries. Owner was fantastic to work with -- was very helpful through the stay on all matters. Would recommend to others!
