The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach, down to the markets every day and many restaurants and cafes. It is situated right in the heart of the main shopping area. The apartment had everything inside that you needed which was great. We stayed for 6 nights. Our hosts were very nice and did not hesitate to help us with any of our requests. The apartment was only a 12 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk to the port.

The property was advertised saying it had mountain and city views but it had none of these! The only windows looked into the back of very close apartment blocks. The foyer leaves a bit to be desired but once we were in the apartment it was great.

Jacques met us at the arranged time right in front of the building. The apartment is very well located right in the center of Ajaccio. And very quiet for being right in the middle - there is no noise. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a stay in Ajaccio. We are a family of 4 and were very comfortable and stayed for 4 days. It also has a washing machine which came in very handy for us. It was wonderful to stay here - you really feel like a local. Go down the street and have a baguette or croissant, it was wonderful.

The inside of the building could be cleaned up a bit, but the apartment itself is very clean and modern. If you have a car, there is parking nearby (10 minutes walk), otherwise, there is not much street parking around. But you are in the middle of the city, so no surprise there.

The location was excellent, Good coffee machine, the host was helpful and friendly and it was quiet inside even though we were close to the centre.

Very comfortable and spacious property. Extremely well located to Ajaccio city center and close to all best beaches of rue des Sanguinaires. Highly recommended.
