Absolutely loved our stay here! Had 11 girls here and the house was perfect! There was an extra bedroom in the basement which was a surprise to me which was wonderful! Plenty of room and space for 11 people to get ready. Patio and yard were great for an outside movie night. The hosts were great and very responsive. Very great spot for a girls weekend.

We went to the Newport area for a girls trip and this property was perfect! We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the outdoor patio and showers. It was such a treat after a beach day. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay near Newport.

Cute place unfortunately the listing was not accurate. The beds downstairs are blow up mattresses they are not beds. We also had to do sheets, towels, etc when we left which I feel the guests should not have to take care of.
