The owner is kind, but you can only communicate in Italian.

The accommodation is only suitable for summer time. Apartments are dark without windows.

Property is beautiful well manicured. Rooms are modern, large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast excellent. In my twelve years traveling in Italy this was the best property we stayed at. You need a car, but it is only minutes from Anzio and Nettuno. Host and staff great.

The place was amazing Massimo was so helpful and kind . The rooms were large very clean .the gardens and pool area were fabulous and we had a lovely relaxing stay .

It was just a little out of town however Massimo organised taxis for us who were efficient

The Rose. The Rose is a lovely B & B located close to the town of Netumo which merges into Anzio along the coast. The Property is set in its own immaculate, private garden with on-site parking accessed via electric remote operated gates. Our room, separate from the main house and semi-detached with another room, was perfectly clean, pristine and new looking throughout with everything we could have wanted including a TV, drinks fridge (with wine and beer) and hair dryer. All the fittings and fixtures were of a very high standard and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with good coffee, toast and cereal etc. Less than an hour's drive from the Rome airports. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Excellent room, superb pool and pool area. Everything was catered for. Breakfast was excellent. Above all Massimo the owner is so kind and thoughtful.We had a problem with our hire car so he kindly took us into town and picked us up on several occasions. He even gave us a brolley when we left as it was raining

Best accommodation of my 2 week trip around Italy. The property is amazing, and has everything, the host was very friendly and extremely helpful, it was also the best breakfast with a huge range of food and very nice coffee. There is also an a very nice swimming pool to relax during the stay. Fantastic!
