Broken beach chair and umbrella in the closet . No one to contact to replace it.

They have everything u need in the condo. It was clean.

The whole process was very easy. We got an email with everything we needed to know. We did meet Peggy, who takes care of the property. She's a real ball of energy!! The room was better than a hotel room, but not a resort. For the money spent, we were very happy! We have already started to look at Spring dates.

The condos awesome we love the pool we love the location we love the price everything was wonderful other than dirty floor and mold in the bathroom but other than that everything was awesome there is already shampoo conditioner there is already coffee I mean it's a wonderful place and we will definitely come back

Location, was wonderful. The cleaning lady Peggy helped me a great deal to get into the place,by calling the owners.

I didn't like driving up and down looking for the name wrists key condo on the water. I had to park my car and walk into the place looking for help. A nice woman assisted me and found the condo14e. I paid $80.00 for covid cleaning. My glass stuck to the kitchen table. I had to clean it. Went to get a blanket for the sofa bed and pulled a stain comforter out. The ice machine in frig was frozen solid and water came out of the front so slow that lead me to believe the filer hasn't been changed.I feel I was way overcharged for cleaning. I get a whole house done for $75.00 and this place was not cleaned for $80.00.This place needs work to make it more appealing. If I could have refused the rental I wouldn't know where to go. I am 74yrs old and I was with my cousin 85yrs old. We had to stay their.Nothing else I could do. I am from PA and my cousin is from FL. When I purchased it ;you never said it was a second floor.I wouldn't have taken it. My cousin had trouble with so many stairs.I feel you owe me the cleaning. Not worth $80.00. I would never recommend your place. Too confusing to enter and I never got the email for the entrance code.. The cleaning lady had to get it for me.

The condo was cozy and cute. We loved having the pool to go to and being able to sit out on the pier by the bay.

This place is amazing. Peggy, the groundskeeper, is on site and super helpful and on top of everything. She honestly made the stay over the top. Usually you go places and the people act like you’re a bother to them- not Peggy. You can tell she honestly loves her job and meeting all the people that come through. The pool is one of the nicest- clean and taken care of. It faces the inter coastal where you can sit and watch dolphins and manatee swim by. We will definitely be booking with them again.

The bed was not the best and could use new mattresses- literally the only thing we would recommend for change.

Everything. The condo was very clean and the owners respond quickly every time I messaged them before arriving and answered all questions I had.

Loved staying here! The pool was right on the bay and was peaceful! The beach was right across the street and the apartment had everything we needed!!

We have been coming to Siesta Key for years and have never stayed on the bay side. We were surprised at how much we liked the location! Easy to get to the beach and very nice property overall!

I liked the location. The beach access was great and the wagon and chairs provided made the beach time more fun. The pool and grilling area were very nice.

Good fit for a Florida winter stay

The location was perfect, walking distance to private beach, and very short distances to night life and restaurants. Very easy access to everything this place offers. We will definitely come back
