La Dimora di Angela: A seafront apartment with a stunning sea view-Porto Rotondo
Das Dorf Costa degli Ulivi ist eine exklusive, kleine Wohnanlage aus Reihenhäusern mit Blick auf 'Marinella Bay', nur wenige Fahrminuten vom weltbekannte Porto Rotondo. Die ruhige Anlage, in einem gepflegten Garten in perfekter Harmonie mit der natürlichen Umgebung, ist von herrlichen Olivenbäumen, Bougainvillea, Jasmin und duftendem Wacholder umgeben. Costa degli Ulivi liegt an der nordöstlichen Küste Sardiniens, im Herzen des Mittelmeers, nur ein bis zwei Flugstunden von vielen europäischen Hauptstädten und 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Viele außergewöhnliche Orte sind in maximal zwei Stunden zu erreichen; die Hauptattraktion allerdings ist das Meer: das sauberste und klarste Wasser und der Granitsand reflektiert einmalige, smaragdgrüne Farben, die der Costa Smeralda ihren Namen verliehen. Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Anlage liegt neben 'Villa Certosa', dem berühmten Anwesen des italienischen Premierministers.
Golf: Pevero Golf Club, 18 km entfernt, ist ein 18-Loch-Plat, der von Robert Trent Jones entworfen wurde. Er zählt zu einem der schönsten der Welt. Der Ausblick von den Grüns aufs Meer bei Cala di Volpe auf der einen und Pevero Bay auf der anderen Seite ist absolut fantastisch.

We truly enjoyed our time on the stunning Costa Smeralda, and our experience was enhanced by our host Angela, who provided us with great information about the property, local attractions, and restaurants. Being from Sardinia, she had fantastic recommendations that helped make our holiday unforgettable. The view from the balcony was captivating, offering a wonderfully relaxing start to our mornings with breakfast and a delightful way to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The property is dog-friendly, and the area is ideal for taking your furry friend for a walk along the coastal path down to the sea or around the beautifully kept grounds. A car is essential, whether you rent one from nearby Olbia Airport or drive your own. If you choose to drive to Sardinia, you can skip the busy port of Olbia by taking Sardinia Ferries from the charming beach resort of Golfo Aranci, which is just 20 minutes from the property. Driving from the port of Porto Torres is also quick and takes only about 90 minutes.

Enjoyed a weeks stay at Angela’s apartment which is spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities and more you will need. Quiet location with views to die for situated in a double gated holiday village which was very secure and with own parking space too. Very convenient for Marianella beach and Porto Rotondo.

This apartment really does have the wow factor, it's beatifully appointed, extremely comfortable and equipped to an impressively high standard. No expense has been spared on the lovely furniture and everything that was available.Angela met us at the airport and was so helpful and friendly, making us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived - and the complimentary wine and fruit was a nice touch on our arrival.The views are stunning, and the location is brilliant, a very exclusive small development that's been tastefully created with materials that blend in with the environment, and has secure car parking.There is a private steep path down to the rocks, where it's possible to sunbathe privately if you don't want to go to a beach. But if you do, there is 6 or 7 beaches within 2 - 3 kilometres from the property - and some are stunning.Our only bad experience was a local restaurant that was recommended called I think La Sarda Romagna - the food was great and the place was full of locals, but there were no prices and we believe we got well stung by getting "special tourist prices" - so if you do use this place, take my advice and ask the price first.Overall I give 10/10 - and we would definitely return!
