We had an amazing stay on Oahu. This condo was walking distance of Waikiki Beach. Having the parking space was very helpful. It was so nice to find a cooler in the condo to use as well. We were trying to be on a budget, so having the kitchen saved so much for us. Would stay here again if we ever come back.

The location and host are great. But the noise from the street is extremely loud all night long and everyday even with being on the 9th floor. I am surprised none of the reviews mention this. The host is aware because each bedroom is equipped with a box of ear plugs and noise machine. If i would have seen this comment in the reviews i would have never stayed. But if this doesn't bother you it is a great location.

Family of 4 all adults stayed over New years. The condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. you can see the ocean from the deck which was great in the morning, planning our day over coffee. When we had questions the owner was very responsive and helpful. the overall location in Waikiki is great also. We would stay there again. Mahalo!

Thank you, your condo was lovely, well situated for our activities. Food trucks nearby were handy and the food was quite good. All in all a great stay.

Great location - walkable distance to beach, restaurants, the finish line of the marathon, where one of us celebrated a birthday! We very much enjoyed the condo. The 2nd bathroom was very hot during the afternoon as there were no window treatments to block the sun. We loved sitting out on the lanai in the morning and at night! Tom was very responsive and gracious, even to a plumbing concern that turned out to be user error and not a concern at all. Would return!

We enjoyed our family stay in Hawaii. The location was great, close to the beach and shopping area’s as well. Beautiful ocean views on the balcony and sunset’s were the best. When we stayed in end up being rainy a few days, but all and all it was a great place to stay. ❤️

This was the perfect place for our family if 3. We loved the location, as it’s close to everything. We had everything we needed to enjoy our Hawaiian vacation. Very easy check in and check out. We will definitely book again on our next visit. Wait no longer on this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice property. Clean, great location, owner communicated ahead of time and made process easy. I really enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the ocean and boats. Restaurants, stores and entertainment all within walking distance. Tour pick up right along the building. I would recommend!

We stayed for a week, view was nice, condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Only negative it was very noisy at night in the streets, the owners do provide ear plugs….

Everything about this condo is awesome! The check-in was simple. Tom’s directions & pictures were so helpful after a long flight. The view & location was perfect for us. It is close to everything we wanted. It was clean & the beds were so comfortable!!! The security was comforting & neighbors we’re friendly. We highly recommend this place!

What a beautiful spot to stay, the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you could ask for. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved having the place so close to Waikiki and the view was amazing. Thomas was so helpful and communicative when we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again - certainly hope to very soon!!!

The communication with Tom Link was easy and effective. Pre-arrival info was complete and accurate. The condo is very well located in a good quality construction, half a block from the ocean, on the 9th floor. The size is perfect for two couples. The beds and pillows are good. The kitchen has sufficient tools to cook in complete meals. The overall value is great. One small thing to note: each room has a louver style window and if you're a light sleeper, the noise from the street and delivery trucks will be a problem. With that being said, the overall value is still great.

Our family had an excellent time at Tom’s property over thanksgiving holiday! Communication with Tom was great and his place is in such a great location to access Waikiki! Place was as advertised only issue was a fridge that needed a bit of maintenance but still in working condition. It was awesome to have a parking spot at the condo as we used a car several times to access other parts of the island. We have great memories from our week at the condo and would strongly recommend it!

Everything in the condo was nice. I did not have a car during my stay. It was a short walk to the beaches and shopping.
The hosts got back to me very promptly when I needed help with something. I would stay here again.

This condo has been fabulous. 4 adults has worked out great. Communication with the property owner has been easy and quick. This is a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining. The included parking space was adequate for the Jeep our party rented. You don’t want to miss out on this property for the location and amenities.

Communication with host was fast and easy . The host was very kind and thoughtful making sure we checked into the place ok . We loved the location and really enjoyed our stay at the condo . We had a minivan so had to pay for parking at nearby hotels.
All the people we encountered in Honolulu were so nice and helpful.

My family and I truly appreciated the convenience of this location! Plenty of room for 5 adults. 1 block away from Waikiki Beach and ALL Waikiki has to offer. Convenient parking on property with easy access to exploring the island of you have a rental car. The property has everything you need, even to include 4 beach chairs that were very much appreciated for use on the beach. Instructions for checkin/out were very clear, with easy and quick communication to the property owners. Restaurants are easily within walking distance with an ABC store and food trucks right next door!!

Wonderful experience. Everything was top notch: cleanliness, beautiful furnishings (including VERY comfortable beds!), spectacular views, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and a very responsive and friendly owner (thanks Tom!). If you’re looking for a Waikiki condo in an ideal location (walking distance to the beach, many great restaurants, and world class shopping), look no further…this is it!!

Definitely do not get a large vehicle, parking space as advertised is small and difficult to get into. Parked at the Ewa hotel around the corner from condo. Parking $30/day. All amenities were great. Beds were comfortable with fabulous sheets. Noisy city conditions but AC can drown it out. Really enjoyed our stay. Able to contact owner very easily. Also, ABC convenience store adjacent to building with everything you might need : sun tan lotion, snacks, liquor, etc!

We were staying in Toms apartment for a week and everything was just as in the pictures. The apartment was very clean, the check in process was really easy as well as checkout. You only walk 2 minutes to Waikiki Beach with great surroundings. But the best was the communication upfront and during our stay. Really kind and gracious host! We definitely recommend!
