muy buena ubicación. disponibilidad de párking cerca del alojamiento. anfitriones muy amables y con disponibilidad para ayudar. nos ha gustado mucho el alojamiento, muy moderno y con muchos extras que no hemos encontrado en otros sitios (mochila, paraguas, etc. para uso durante la estancia).

no tiene ninguna culpa el alojamiento pero el vecino de al lado estaba fumando constantemente en el rellano y entraba el olor.

Apartamento en una ubicación excepcional , bares Justo debajo pero no tienes ningún tipo de ruido ya que está en interior y está cerca de todo tienen parking pero si tienes suerte encuentras en la zona azul de la zona . Esta muy equipada , lavadora , toallas , utensilios .

El colchón es durísimo . Parecía que estábamos durmiendo en el suelo .. por lo demás contenta . Solo estuvimos una noche para dormir ya que estábamos de paso

Could have a water boiler, bright light in the shower. Besides, all good.

Fantastic central location next to restaurants, shops, port and main squares. Very clean and well maintained. Very reasonable cost. Communication about how to access the property on arrival could be improved. Most of the check in process was efficiently automated in advance once through the glass front entrance. Best to arrive during working hours and check in online in advance. Perfect for solo travel- and possibly parent and child. Tight space for two adults but still comfortable.Good wifi. Probably best to let reception know when you will arrive.

The check in using lock box was fine but there was no indication about how to get through the locked front door to access the lock box which was inside a post box inside the locked entrance! Had to get a resident to open the door and wait and phone for explanation before really understanding where the key lock box was located. There was no water kettle to boil water though a microwave and espresso kettle was available. It was not clear what pods the de longhi coffee machine uses and none were offered.

Centrally located with various bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to both Orzan and Riazor beaches. Ease of accessing the building/apartment with clear and precise instructions. The kitchenette and small laundry facilities in the loft are very handy. The hostess, Bety, was very communicative and replies promptly to my queries.

The loft has one window opening into the common lightwell of the building, and mosquitoes at night can be bothersome.

Location was perfect. It felt secure. It was quiet and we had everything we needed.

Significant noise transfer between apartments. Door entry system is daunting at first glance but works efficiently.

The apartment is in the heart of the city, walking distance from every point of interest. The host, Betty, was extraordinary and helped us with a personal request prior to our arrival. We strongly recommend everyone to stay here 😊
