We were thrilled to return to Mermaid Watch. Just a few issues. The unit was not cleaned very well. Old soap in the master shower also a bad mold problem developing. Light bulbs out in several places. I had to wash the kitchen floor when I got there as it was very sticky and not cleaned properly. This year the pool water turned my grandchildren's hair green. Never had that issue in the past. However, we enjoyed our stay "again" and intend to return next year same week...same unit for our 4th time. I also found water bottles under 2 of the beds. One was trash, one was from REI and I left that in the kitchen sink. A bit more care on the cleaning please.

One Ludington Place never disappoints. Great place to stay. Mermaid Watch is a great condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The property management ompany is great to work with!

Clean, well maintained unit. Great location! Close to park, marina, beach and downtown. Enjoyed walking the marina to see the boats and watching the Badger come and go. Hiked the state park, boated on Hamlin Lake, soaked in sun at the beach...and rested pool side and enjoyed the hot tub. Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our time in Ludington! This condo is beautiful and perfectly located to be close to everything. We were traveling with family members who are 89 & 90 years old, so the elevator from the garage level right up to the condo was so helpful to avoid all steps. We had plenty of space to all feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, so we could easily prepare meals ourselves or bring take out in. Thank you!

It was exactly how it was described and better. A place I would definitely return should I find myself in Ludington again. My father truly enjoyed the walk around the park overlooking the lake. Nice curb appeal and neighbors were very nice & helpful.

This was our second time in Mermaid Watch. We are very happy with the experience and will intend to come back again. We think that there may be a mold issue in the buildings.(??) We have allergy issues to mold so this affected us all. I certainly understand this next issue as you must have a lot of traffic in these units, but the furniture wasn't nearly as comfortable as it was last year. The repairs and construction was a bit of an inconvenience and the early morning noise was a bummer. Certainly there was a lot of repair and upgrades going on. I noticed last year it needed it. It will look very nice when done. Leaving was a huff as we had to carry all our stuff down the stairs because of the flood in the garage and elevators were turned off from the water issue. So we had some issues but will gladly come back anyway.
