Our stay was amazing comfortable and all our hosts was the response to messages it was like home. We will definitely go back there if available

The home was perfect to accommodate my spouse and me as we stayed for one month. Our son and his two friends came for six days before heading back to college. We all had plenty of room and there were enough beds. The owner was very responsive. We couldn't figure out the garbage disposal because the switch was hidden behind a multi USB port. She immediately got back to us. Had a great stay.

Plenty of room, great neighborhood & comfortable. This place needs TLC (window screens need replacing, oven was a mess, etc.).

Perfect for our family of 5. Close to beach (30-45mins depending on beach) and everything else we wanted (3hrs to Tampa, 1hr to Orlando). Rental even included beach toys/wagons/umbrella/bikes and more available to use. Fantastic home that’s very affordable.

We had not seen my sister since 2018. This was our chance to get together for a late celebration of her 79th birthday. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Great place.

Enjoyed our two month stay! Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Pictures of house are accurate. Well equipped for a lengthy stay!

Place was clean and perfect for all of us to relax and have plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. Property manager was very helpful with answering questions prior to our stay and during our stay. Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo for showering. We will return if we are in the area again. We had a wonderful visit.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was very easy. Owner was responsive during our stay and checked in to make sure all was well. House was close to many fun family activities!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Palm Bay home! Upon arrival, it is very welcoming and VERY clean! Alot of little extras that show the owners' commitment to making sure their visitors enjoy their stay. Highly recommended.

House was very well kept and clean. Owner/Mgr was very responsive to our calls. Neighborhood was pleasant except for neighbors dogs noises. Was able to enjoy the overall setting. Recommend this location.

An enjoyable stay at a comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the bicycles left in the garage and took a few leisurely treks around the neighborhood. We even used the canvas folding chairs in the garage to bring on a few visits to nature parks. Nice! The owner was very responsive to several questions we had and was easy to contact. Unfortunately, the neighbors in the back of us had dogs, and one dog that was out until about 8 pm and would bark until let in. But this was a small annoyance in an otherwise lovely stay.

The house was near where I was fishing. Easy to get to and the neighborhood was fine. It had everything I need and was clean. There were some nice places close by to eat and only 20 minutes to Indian River for seafood.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks while our home in Palm Bay was being renovated. We were very comfortable at this location and happy with the location/neighborhood. The only issue we had, was the sleeping situation. And this wasn't even a big deal for us. At home, we are used to a King bed (my husband tosses a lot during the night). The master suite in this home is a queen, so I decided to let him have that room and I slept in the bedroom with the full size bed. We were both very comfortable in this home. Although we had our own items, the home is equipped with all that you would need for your stay. Towels, bedding, pillows, etc. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils/pots/pans/plates etc. While we didn't cook that often, I found the stove/oven/microwave/fridge etc., all in working order and clean. If we needed a place to stay again, we would definitely consider this location.

Location was ideal for the softball tournament we were in town for and house was perfect for our needs. Owner was easy to reach and even contacted us to be sure we made it into the house with no problems. Only thing that the girls complained of were the twin beds were uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again, if the need arose. Thank you for everything we enjoyed our stay!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and had everything we needed. The house is in a good neighborhood and close to everything. An added bonus is the attached garage with opener so we were able to keep our car inside.

This stay was perfect. House was clean and had all that could possibly be needed. Neighborhood was quiet and very relaxing.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipted. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again should the occasion arise.

In a nice area and minutes to I95 and Melbourne. House was very clean and host was great and great communication. Plenty of room for a family. Had very good wireless and Direct TV and updated kitchen. Had use of the garage with an opener. Supermarket, good cafe, Dunkin Donuts, other restaurants a couple miles away. Will stay here again when in the area.

Everything we needed was there. We would have preferred having a king sized but there were two other bedrooms so it worked out fine. Nice location also.
