There was nothing to fault about it was exceptional

The true measure of service is not when everything goes right but when things don't go as planned. We arrived to find that the advertised BBQ was not supplied but a simple phone call resolved the problem quickly and without any fuss. The Dell-Lee cottage is exactly as advertised - clean and quiet with a quaint outdoor seating area. Loved the fact it gave us an excuse to visit the nearby Running Horse winery. What a hidden gem!

Nothing to do with the accommodation but the tree out the front drops gum and debris... don't park underneath it! In hindsight, an obvious one.

A very neat and well-appointed cottage located in the quiet town of Broke and not far from the main vineyard area of the Hunter Valley. The house was fresh, clean, and ready to be occupied with a minimum of fuss.

Parking is on the grass to the front of the cottage but still very suitable for our stay.

Pluses - location, breakfast, so clean, smelt nice, flexibility of check in time, MIRRORS!

Couldn't connect to the wifi. Couldn't lock the front door and leave the key out for my friend that was staying later at the wedding. That was tricky.

Lovely cottage in quiet location. Beautifully decorated and styled. Appreciated the little extras like cereal (kids enjoyed!) and books etc. Good location for visiting Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas lights.

it was quaint, quiet, cosy & clean! beds were so comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with thoughtful treats and necessities.
