Staff was very helpful, and e-lock was good (no key to remember or lose). Given Northstar's infamous parking issues, staying on-hill gave us 1+ hr more skiing each day (esp. early for first runs).

Tried to walk to base area but paths were poorly marked or not cleared. Base area has limited after-hours dining and need for reservations reduced options further.

Location was very good and a super quick walk down to the slopes. Nice size, good storage spaces (including ski locker) and condo was beautiful in the morning when flooded with light.

No sheets/blankets provided for the sofa bed. We had to drive to the main check-in area late at night (good thing we noticed prior to closing time) for sheets. No blankets were available so we had to double up on sheets and that still didn't prevent sleepers from getting cold. Only 3 sets of towels were provided even though I noted 4 total guests when we booked. Floor tiles in some areas were loose and you could feel them wobble when you walked. For the price, basic amenities like sheets/towels/blankets should be provided. Kitchen area was adequate and stocked adequately.
