We were lucky enough to snag this beautiful condo and so glad we did. This place was beautifully decorated and cozy. Our host Mary was one of the best things about our stay. The previous occupants had broken a sliding door. It was scheduled to be repaired during our stay. Mary bought us dinner just for any inconvenience. She even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. She's a very sweet lady that takes pride in her condo. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and has a very comfy bed. The view was great. Will definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and everything we needed.
The view was spectacular and we did see dolphins from the balcony.
I would recommend this unit to a couple over and over. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

My husband and I stayed at Mary's place for 2 weeks in celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary. I have to say, we didn't want to leave. The views, the property, the decor and the amenities were absolutely ideal.
We will definitely be booking again.

Cimmunication was good. We loved the view and the bed was cozy. Dolphin views were great. I was sad the hot tub and pool area was closed at dusk. Everything else was an A+

We stayed in this place from August 10th to August 24th. It is exactly as described if it's not even better.We had a wonderful relaxing view from the balcony. We watched the dolphins every morning and enjoyed the pool every day. The went to clearwater beach few times and the beach was amazing. There's so many places that you can go to but amost nothing a

It was a wonderful 5 days! Restaurants and grocery stores were all close by. Resort was a perfect size, especially if you have trouble walking. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We hope we can stay there again!

Mary is a wonderful host! Her communication was excellent and her condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. Everything was exactly as described. The condo was very well equipped with everything anyone could need during their stay and very clean. The condo complex was also very nice with a beautiful pool. If I had to say something negative it would only be that there is some traffic noise from the busy street adjacent to the complex. Other than that we highly recommend this property! Thank you, Mary!!

This place is a gem! It was much better than we expected! Mary is great to work with. She answered each one of my questions ASAP. The place is very clean, very comfortable for us and very cozy. Nothing beats the balcony and the view! That was the highlight of our day; sitting in the balcony watching the sunset and the dolphins! And at the end of the day, walk to the Doc Ford's Rest. :).
The pool and rest of the facilities were great. Will stay again and again!

It was better than advertised. Simply...perfect. We wish we had a condo like this...quite, private, beautiful grounds and pool...close to shopping...beaches 5 minutes away. And an excellent view of the harbour and boats from the balcony!

This place is the BEST! I loved everything about it, from the views of dolphins in the morning to the beautiful sunsets! Mary was exceptional, and easy to contact with instant responses. We loved the daily visit with an owners dog Mo (the cutest) and Willie keeps the place spotless - literally.

It’s so amazing place to relax and refresh. The unit is clean and fully renovated. The host is so friendly and quick responsive. The view is so beautiful and the area is totally safe and quiet. Definitely recommend it and would love to go back

Mary has a great place with a gorgeous balcony to enjoy the beautiful view! We even saw some Dolphins jumping! The condo is clean, has everything you need and beautiful furnishings. We so enjoyed our stay at Boca Ciega Resort! The condo itself is absolutely adorable. Well maintained and very clean! The location is perfect-we were able to hit Gulf Blvd within a few minutes and go either direction from Clearwater to Pass A Grille! Mary was an absolute jewel to work with!!!! We cannot wait to come back!

The location was perfect! The view of the bay from the balcony was amazing and the fact the pool was right up against the water as well. 5 min drive to the beach. The place was very nice and clean. Mary was great with any questions and responded always quickly. The stay was great.
