I liked nothing about the property. I booked the house because we were off to a wedding. Despite chasing for the key lock number (because it was not sent over) and even speaking to the host i was shocked that just before checkin (when already at the wedding) the booking was cancelled. The reason given was that they had agreed the people from the night before could remain a further night!

The fact we had to book somewhere else - while being at a wedding - on the day of the booking! I am flabagasted and they should be removed from the platform

Absolutely filthy! Poor state of repair, washing left in machine and on airer. so dirty couldn’t use any of the kitchen amenities. Carpets in pieces and badly marked, grease all over the kitchen cupboards and work surfaces. Old food in the microwave. Cutlery covered in old food. Food all over the floor. Food crumbs on shelving in lounge. Dust everywhere. Just disgusting. Curtains held onto pole with just a couple of rings. Whole place shabby and unkempt. I was told on booking some ‘renovations’ going on. Contacted owner direct to give chance to rectify however read some older reviews and from over a year ago the same excuse was being used when challenged. If renovations were going on then don’t rent the property until done. Renovations are no excuse for filth! Contacted customer services as the property is that bad. Avoid

Location was very good and spacious apartment meet the criteria.

The rubbish on the bin was not cleaned this must be done before the new occupancy arrived and helpful for them when they try to throw the rubbish.

had to ring booking.com for help, had no correspondence from owners at all

the house was so hot the heating must've been on for a long time and it wouldn't turn off, we had all windows open and it was freezing outside but this still didn't cool the house. wouldn't like their heating bill

it was the dirtiest property I have ever stayed in. there was old food on the floors, dirty cobwebs, I picked a cup out of the cupboard and it had dried soup on it. I hadn’t been given a key code to get in so for about half an hour was stranded outside the property.

unclean, beds/layout not as stated on booking.com when we booked. bins overflowing out the front of the property along with other rubbish piled high no where to empty the bins to. cobwebs everywhere marks and scuffs on walls and no blinds just badly fitted curtains

The house was very spacious with a good garden. There were 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 1 twin which we made into a double which suited us well.

The host was hard to get in contact with. I asked several questions before our stay and had no answer until he sent the check in information the morning before. The house was missing quite a few things in the kitchen - few plates, only 1 knife. The dishwasher had been on but it was broken and smelled.
