Kitchen facilities and location is really great. It is near the bus stop and there are many convenient stores nearby.

Room is too small and self check-in is a bit confusing.

The fact I was unable to access my room. The reception claims to be open 24/7 but it's impossible to get through - it says that this number is unavailable. It has taken numerous calls to have anybody advise. I had to go to my meetings and I was unable to change, also with all my luggage which was not great either but also when I returned later in the evening the code which was reset still did not work. It probably taken me 20-30 call attempts to get a call back from a private number. But that was after I complained via messaging on booking that it's unacceptable nobody is there to help. Seriously I already started looking where else I can book in last minute, it was this ridiculous. I have not given 1/10 just because the person who reached out that evening apologised and sorted out the problem. And it was indeed a problem with the passcode to the room (rather than not knowing how to open it which was suggested by another member of staff earlier). Apart from that room is missing some of basic items - I never take shower gel or soap with me because in most places it is usually provided. It was pretty disappointing to find the soap dispenser hanging somewhere in the bathroom (which was only useful when washing your hands). Also the setup of some things was just questionable - I am not very tall but the mirror was hanging very very low, that low that it's difficult to turn the tap on. There are pipe openings (for washing machine?) out on view as well which isn't great. Toilet is setup in such weird way that if someone opens the door they will hit the person on it. No shower mat = wet floor all over as well. The shutters were broken and hidden away in the wardrobe (and were pretty useful if you didn't want to flash neighbours next door). It also wasn't mentioned the apartment is placed on some extra level which is accessible only via weird set of stairs (ladies in heels may struggle, or at least I did)

I had to find a new place extremely fast because I arrived at night. They ignore me after my emails. I just wasted my money and time. And I did not get a refund or even any reaction for this bad situation from Very Berry.
