Loved the following :-
Location for train & airport bus outside station we loved
The large bottle of water & the large carton of milk
The stocked kitchen in terms of pots crockery utensils etc
The space of the property & picture of a young ballerina on lounge wall
The hot water in the shower
Never saw owner / Air con 50% working / lounge lacked comfort for 5 guests / wonky clothes
racks / strange top step on single room stairs /
Major Lack of cleaning / bathroom lights not working / no metal plug cap in shower major mould & damp

The location - was convenient.
The air conditioning did not work (in the midst of the heatwave - it was 30+ degrees in the apartment) and the bathroom was unclean. There was black mould throughout the bathroom and in the living area on the walls. The “breakfast” provided was hardly breakfast - there were some pre-packaged cracker type things and some spread.
On top of all of this, the hosts were incredibly unresponsive to any of the concerns and offered no solutions. Even upon check out there was a discrepancy with the city tax amounts they provided and what was listed so we messaged to ask for clarification which they still ignored.
The place looked and sounded great but we were pretty disappointed.

The location
First of all, it was hard to get in contact with the owner. When I made the booking I told them we would arrive between 22:00/23:00 however when I called him/her they blocked me. Then in 10 minutes someone came and gave the key without any other information. Furthermore, the bathroom was full of mold as well as near the airconditioning. Also, the airconditioning was not working and it was really humid. There were still shoes in the apartment, also the shower drain was unsafe and the steps of the stairway were loose. The breakfast was also not the best however we saw this on the pictures so that was Oke.

I liked the space, the furniture was new. The place is adapted for a family of 4 or 5. It has a kitchen in which you can cook if you want. I would suggest it a lot for families. It's safe and quiet. Big TV. No wifi though I think the owner will develop this service. Very clean. The system of lights is interesting.
Only the internet was missing.

Host was excellent. We came in really late. Lock box with the key in it was a great convenience. Snacks in the room were really good. Lots of room. AC. Very clean. Better experience than we expected

Perfect location, lovely space and delicious little welcome hamper.
The sofa bed was falling apart at the end and was held up by brown tape. Very dangerous as I actually sat on it and fell through and cut my leg. This was a disappointment as me & my husband actually had to sleep on it broke. This was the ONLY let down everything else was lovely

A little confused about time to check in and out and how to get keys.
A lovely man who lived opposite helped us so all good.

The owner was really hospitable, giving directions and indications to good places at Otranto.
The rooms were clean and tidy.

The house was good. It's clean and comfortable for us.

Beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious and clean, good location.
The bed sheets and towels smelled like being dried in a smokers place- disgusting!
All the rooms (but the bathroom) are openly connected so you hear every sound and see every light in the bedrooms.

Good location and spacious apartment.
Shower is broken and there was water in the bathroom on the floor, no kitchen utilities to cook (very old and broken). NO WIFI!!!
Breakfast doesn’t count as a breakfast.
I’d recommend it for a short stay, but not a long one.

The big bottle of water as part of the simple breakfast.
We were left in the street for 70 minutes in 35C heat with young children as the host didn't respond to voicemails and text messages asking for the key box code. A complaint to booking.com has been made about this.
Facilities are in no way suitable for parents with small children or anyone with mobility issues. The stairs to the beds are very steep, see picture.
One of the AC units didn't work.

Everything. For the money I paid I would have to be extremely critical to find fault with anything. It was clean, spacious and in a good location and great value for money.
Nothing, really. Breakfast wasn't a proper breakfast, though.

WE booked Bed and Breakfast for three nights, but there was not enough food for one breakfast
The advert did not match the action - no free pickup at the airport, not one to meet us at the property, no instructions how to find keys, no breakfasts supplied.
