The location was a bit out of town which was fine as we had a driver each day. There was a few warungs and restaurants within walking distance and one of those had free delivery. The pool was great and the host didn't hang around the villa so we had privacy. We were able to arrange supplies for breakfast and cook our own one morning as we left before the breakfast service on most mornings. We had breakfast cooked for us one morning and it was delicious. Good price.

The beds were not that comfortable and I woke with a sore back each morning. The bedroom doors did not close so we kept losing the air conditioning during the night. Breakfast was included however the host didn't start work until 8am so earliest breakfast was after the time our driver picked us up.

We loved the grounds, the villa once would have been beautiful but it needs some love and care to restore it to its best

The help for the villa wasn't very helpful, we were not given enough towels or toilet paper. The location was too far out of town. Things inside the villa were broken, there was a snake living in one room. Doors couldn't lock and or you got locked in. There wasn't enough cutlery, cups, plates ect.

Huge villa, would easily accommodate 5 couples with some children. Quiet location, great staff. The pool was great and outdoor area very well maintained.

Not all of the showerheads worked properly. Was clean enough but had a slightly neglected feel in the bathrooms- overall we were very happy staying there but just don't expect 5 star luxury bathrooms. Was great value for money though.

Bathrooms were not clean. One of the bathrooms accessible from the living room looked like noone cleaned in there for a longer while. There were communication problems with staff. When we came in to the villa, noone was there to welcome us, so we just went in. Only an hour later the staff came in to welcome us. Breakfast was so so. The eggs were too salty. The other time when we ordered plain pancakes with chocolate sauce on a side, they came on the pancakes anyhow. Minor thing but that shows how we struggled with communication day to day. We went for a yoga on the morning of the last day and even though the checkout time was 12, when we came to a villa at 11 to pack our stuff it was already taken out of the rooms. One of the bedrooms have a cockoo farm just behind it so you can hear them a lot of them from around 5am. One of the bedrooms was smelyl (mould/drain). Over the 3 months we spent on Bali, this was definitely the accomodation with the worst price to quality ratio.

Amazing villa in ubud, Amazing pool and spacious rooms and facilities. Breakfast was included and was delicious and brought to our room every morning 🌄 would highly recommend and stay again
