Lovely peaceful and beautiful, this gem is cosy and positioned perfectly for the sun set over the ocean. Really enjoyed the stay, and the very friendly dogs.

I loved this place so much! It is surounded with tons of ferns and trees and has an amazing view from the balcony onto the bay. Would definitely go back and recommend it if you need a break into nature!

We tried to call the cellphone no. that they left on the paper to contact incase we need anything however no answer at all. We called them plenty of times but no response at all. The place needs more lighting and screen cover in the kitchen window to avoid insects to come in. There’s no exhaust fan hence we need to keep the windows open when we’re cooking. The location is perfect it’s within the town but the driveway is to steep. Overall it was still a nice stay.

we all loved this place. a treehouse feel with privacy, facilities and cozy homey feel. everything you’d need for a long weekend away. like stepping into someone home.

ambience . peace and solitude in magical surroundings

Rustic, elevated, peaceful location just a short drive from township facilities. Enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the Coromandel vista through the tree-tops, admiring the local flora and listening to birdsong.

Not complaints, just observations - (1) the sharp right turn from the driveway to the parking area could be challenging for some, (2) they say first impressions are really important and as you walk in the front door, the kitchen benchtops look very tired, (3) would be good to have fly screens on some of the opening windows for night air without mosquitos.

Has all the necessities of home. Very clean and host went the extra mile to drop us in to town as one of our crew has sore legs

Very comfortable, nicely put together bach, with lovely views and thoughtful touches from the hosts such as shampoo and shower gel and plenty of towels. An easy place to come back to at the end of the day to unwind - it was a really lovely part of our trip to the Coromandel.

A chopping board in the kitchen would have been useful.

The view was beautiful and it had everything we needed. Super easy.
