No understanding or help with early check in

Except the reception guy was not friendly with us at all, He made me feel like you guys are doing us a favor and that didn't seat well with me

The reception guy of today I couldn't get his name but he was not friendly with us at all

The lady at reception was pleasant.

Everything! Horrible condition property, old and broken, not safe for a toddler, kids smoking weed by the pool! We checked in , walked past the pool , got into a gloomy horrible room, with a missing lamp cover in our bedroom, a scratched old coffee table,outdated bathrooms, ripped brown sofa, we checked out after 20 mins. We all refused to stay.

I cannot say anything of the stay was exceptional there were so many negatives it was hard to give any credit

Firstly the kids sleep in the lounge so watching TV is out as you have to make there beds on the couches in the lounge , it rained so we tried sitting on the veranda however this was not possible as the roof is full of leaks so this is not a option , we then decided to go down stairs to braai this became a challenge as the entire roof is leaking , so that turned out a disaster , the general appearance and maintenance is shocking ,the fans in the bedroom are useless ,please try unit 14 fans and see if you can get them to work , the beds are antiquated and terrible to sleep on ,in general a run down establishment , than when you approach the management team they acknowledge the place is run down and will be addressed when the building gets revamped , I would suggest take this dump off your web site this wont be the last complaint coming through

Cleaning staff

Incorrect advertising!! There's no sleeper couch even though the ad says so. The security and front desk make it seem like you are a criminal getting in even though you explain your presence with proof. Key fobs didn't work. Activities booked and when you get there, they say they closing.

Nothing at all. Very run down

The staff and the handling of a situation that we found ourselves in! Not even management were prepared to help us when we mentioned that no proper WiFi would interfere with our work. We had to book into another place and all our money was taken! Not even a courtesy call from management to explain the reasoning . They had promised to call us to discuss the issue but heard nothing. If we had perhaps been given the opportunity to postpone our stay and give it to another family , we would have been very happy with that. Even a small portion of our cash back would have been appreciated! But either way , we received nothing, not a call, not an email!! Nothing! I will not ever recommend this place ‘
