The boat in the way is a small inconvenience. The TVs in each bed room I couldn't get to work, but I didn't try hard. The living room tv was nice, though nothing was signed into so there was a limited selection to watch, unless we signed in ourselves, witch we had the option but didn't do, so that's on us. My biggest issue was that no two clocks showed the same time. Overall a wonderful place to stay, Definity set up for a lot more people than we brought (4).

The property was very clean and beautiful with attention to details. Next door to community pool and spa and game room that we enjoyed immensely. It was a quiet getaway and I’d recommend anyone to stay here, not to disappoint!

There is an undisclosed cleaning fee you’ll be notified about after booking & expected to leave cash on counter as you check-out. If you want the A/C temp lower than 76 degrees, you’ll be charged utility fee PER DAY. The BBQ wasn’t working despite many efforts. The deep bathtub is nearly useless to soak in as the drain plug is right in the center where your butt would be and that’s not ideal. TV in spare bedroom didn’t work. If water is on in kitchen, it messes with the water temp in the bathroom which isn’t ideal when you’re doing dishes and your kid yells that the shower went cold/hot all the sudden! Keypad to get in is difficult to deal with. Overall it’s not worth what we paid especially dealing with the host who’s mad I refuse to pay a separate cleaning fee when not mentioned in listing which is misleading!

I loved the location, I'd love to come back in winter when it's cooler so I could walk everywhere, but it was fun . I loved the house, although the cleaner needs to do a bit better at cleaning. We found ripped up tissue behind couch, and dirt in the bath tub. But the host was great. Very well communication, which I like

Our family of 6 had a great time here. Mattresses were very comfortable, AC worked great, house and kitchen is very well stocked with linens and supplies, fans in every room, beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen, and love the electric leather recliners. Everything was clean and updated.
We really enjoyed the extras of the Club House. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants, bridge, Windsor launch ramp, and boat rentals.
Jeff was easy to communicate with.

There is a cleaning fee due in cash to be left in the home at time of checkout. Nowhere is this mentioned in the listing. I did not learn about this fee until after I booked and looked through the "checkout procedure".

My family and i were blessed to be able to stay there a week. The owner was SO COOL and friendly. Made sure the pool was heated for us and just made the whole process great. Totally would stay there again. It was a ton of fun :)

This place was PERFECT for our family of five. (3 teenage boys). Perfect parking for the boat-plenty of room-extra homey-and Jeff was beyond helpful and kind with all our questions and texts. We WILL be back!! Thank you for making our vacation one we will never forget!!❤️

Quiet area, friendly people and great access to many local sights. Very cozy and comfortable home, the owners have thought of everything (and then some). Even during the off season, our time in the Lake Havasu area was enjoyable. Thank you to the Meek family for sharing the Lake Life with us Canadians !

Mr meek was very easy to work with. His check in and check out was so simple. Everything at the club house was cleaned every morning. the pool is steps away and the club house. The neighbours and folks in park met very friendly. The home was so great and comfortable. It had everything you need and we bbq on nice grill outside several times. The boat launch was less than 4 blocks. All we really needed was clothes, boat, groceries and time. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was so convenient to town. Great experience and will definately stay there again.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it! Can't beat the location and proximity to the lake! Lake views! Love walking on the trails across the street in the State Park! The house is comfortable and well equipped for your every need. We will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeff's home! The listing was very accurate, the home was clean, spacious and comfortable, and Jeff was a great communicator. Plenty of parking for cars and boats, and a great location - close to boat launches and restaurnats.

Amazing visit
The photo’s do not do the Meek’s home justice, it is beautiful. The community is friendly and I had a complete blast with Tina and her husband at the pool every evening.
