Loved it! Beautiful penthouse, clean with gorgeous and spectacular views of the ocean. Had everything we needed for our family of 6. The host was super nice & always available when we needed her. The staff working for Las Gavias Grand was also super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would book this rental again if we visit Mazatlán, Mexico from California again!

Lovely property, nothing I would change

Not their fault, but had to tear down retaining wall at the ocean which was extremely noisy with Jack hammering for two weeks. Wall was damaged by hurricane

the condo is spectacular, with a great view, very spacious, bathroom and shower in each room, very clean. location is perfect. we spent Christmas there and are looking forward to spend New Years there this year

The Condo was beautifully setup and the pool was good size/not overcrowded and didn't make us miss getting into the ocean

Wish there was more effort put into cleanliness. Especially with COVID, would have preferred outstanding cleanliness.
