Una habitación tenía una mancha de humedad, pero entiendo que son difícil de eliminar.

Easy to access from the train station...about a 15 minute walk. Washer worked well, nice dining area and comfy couch to sit on.

The extra pillows did not have covers and they were stained. The beds were very firm (even to those of us who prefer a firm bed), towels were very rough even for line drying, large section of mold on the wall behind the door and in the closet in the main bedroom.

Great location, owner is really friendly and helpfull

Only one problem is there that air conditioning not working well

Parking under the building was included but difficult with a medium to large car as the space was tight. Ricardo welcomed us and showed us around, and was very pleasant to deal with

We had a booking for 3 nights. The weather was very hot, around 40 degrees and the property was advertised with airconditioning. However there was only a couple of small portable units that made a lot of noise and were ineffective. We were unable to sleep because of the heat and left after the first night as we could not tolerate the heat. Ricardo agreed to refund the other 2 nights charges as the apartment was not as advertised, but now says it is up to his boss to authorise. We are still waiting on a decision from booking.com.

The apartment was very spacious, very close to the elevators up to the Old Town.

We were very delighted to meet superhost ricardo, who has helped us in many ways throughout our stay. We had such a pleasant stay in Toledo. Definitely will make a comeback in the future

the shower clogged with hair...and the flooding when we showered...it was very VERY unpleasant.

The place is very big, great for big groups. The location is very convenient. The host was the most amazing and sweet person in Toledo for sure!! He made us feel like locals. He had great recommendations. The place has everything you need; the neighborhood was safe and pretty. and you get a parking spot in the garage. I would totally recommend and stay here again.

There are a few steps to arrive at the place. In our case, I travel with an older companion who was fine doing the stairs at a slow pace. But definitely, something to consider. But besides that, stop looking this place is amazing!!!!
