I loved how central it was and how close to Matthew Street it was. It was also large. Most of it was clean too.

I didn't like that the light on the spiral staircase was out and that I had to climb the top flight of stair in pitch black as it was dangerous. There were also cobwebs on the ceiling. It was also quite basic.

Spacious, clean, comfortable Good location

Property is spacious and well equipt Fantastic for shopping and bars and restaurants . Right in the heart of it all

Can be noisy from the bars around and the bin lorry coming at 5am was very loud but everyone has a job to do.

Central location, spacious and clean flat, flexible check-in time.

Very noisy - not just because of its central location (that is mentioned in the description) but there're garbage disposal containers right under the (bedroom) windows (the apartment is on a back alley of a large building). It's quite disturbing waking up several times a night to shattering glass and/or the noise of slamming container lids - which went on 24/7. The air ventilation output of the opposite building was also quite noisy - fortunately it was down for the night. Also, it would've been nice to get some fresh air (I stayed 4 nights in the flat) but the windows were sealed (and quite dirty).
