La propreté, appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, proximité du centre à pied. Vue sur le lac. Les propriétaires sont avenants et rapidement disponibles au besoin. Il ne manquait de rien.

L’insonorisation pourrait être mieux mais rien pour ne pas apprécier le séjour ou trouver cela totalement désagréable. Ça serait le seul point faible.

L’emplacement du condo et la vue sur le lac. Le foyer ajoutait de l’ambiance. La belle terrasse avec le mobilier de jardin. La piscine, le spa et le sauna ont été un plus pour notre séjour.

Nous avions oublié de demander s’il y avait un ascenseur. Ça nous a fait faire de l’exercice. Après avoir fait la réservation avec booking, le propriétaire nous a demandé d’envoyer (en virement Interac) un dépôt de sécurité qui serait remis à notre départ, après vérification du condo. Ça m’a obligé à avancer de l’argent comptant. Cet élément n’était pas indiqué lors de la réservation et la réservation n’était pas remboursable.

Situation idéale pour la découverte du centre de Magog à pied et pour la découverte des environs en voiture. Piscine exterieure, interieure chauffée, salle de sport. Appartement bien équipé avec les produits de base de première necessité. Propriétaires très aimables et réactifs.

Appartement en 3è niveau sans ascenseur et couchages en mezzanine avec un escalier en colimaçon. Cela n'était absolument pas un problème pour nous, mais des personnes qui ont du mal avec les escaliers pourraient se trouver en difficulté.

No elevator to get to the third floor

Our daughter was competing in near by Sherbrooke and we had actually booked two different hotel rooms there for considerably more money. We started looking at renting a unit/condo but had never done that and were nervous about it. The reviews on this property convinced us to take the risk to be more comfortable and independent than cooped up in a tiny hotel room spending hundreds on take-out and restaurants. It was the best decision ever! The unit was exactly as described, clean and bright with great instructions for everything and little extras like welcome chocolates, supplies, and lots of extra touches! It was so relaxing to be able to have the extra space to spread out and the kitchen to stock and cook meals. The bed was very comfortable and my son said the pullout was also very comfortable. The views of the mountains were beautiful and the water traffic was fun to watch from the balcony. We used the indoor pool for a nice swim and visited Mt. Orford for a hike and went to all the local shops (chocolate and ice cream from Chocolats Vanden Eynden are highly recommended) The hosts were very pleasant and responded to our messages quickly. Not sure if we will be back this way again but if we are, 100% we will be repeat renters.

I really don't have any complaints but just to fill this section out, the TV channels were all listed out but to our dismay, they were all standard definition and there was a playoff hockey game we wanted to catch - Pro Tip: although not listed, the HD channels are all there if you explore the 500-level channels so we got to watch our game in HD after all.
