Alli the host is incredible. She met us at the house to show us everything and shared things to do prior to our trip. The home is beautiful, so clean and feels like you’re at a hotel while being in the comfort of a home. Love the proximity to town, beach, restaurants and wineries. We are booking another stay here again!!

Six of us who went to college together 40-45 years ago met at Whitecap for the weekend. Only positive things to say. Highly recommended.

We had a family wedding in the vineyards at Mattituck on Labor Day weekend. The Whitecap main house and cottage was the perfect place for our extended family reunion! 6 sisters with various significant others, dozens of cousins and a few grand children to round it off. The main house is just spectacular! So beautifully decorated, every nook and corner hides something special just waiting to be discovered. Everything we needed was provided for and more. The property was beautifully landscaped, well maintained and clean. The salt water pool was wonderful! The weather was perfect! The butterflies made it a magical experience for us 🦋 Just an all around wonderful week. Thanks so much to Allison, Tracy and Will for their hospitality and for opening their beautiful home to us. We hope to be back again soon!

What a lovely time my girlfriends & I had celebrating our milestone birthday. There was a variety of outdoor areas to sit & enjoy this quaint quiet neighborhood. The pool was incredible, the new bikes were fun. The nearby beach was so nice. You can feel the love the owners have put into this home & property to honor their mom. What a special time we had. The house is in a perfect location, right down the block from the beach on the bay side, so it was nice and calm for our kids, and very close driving distance to wineries and restaurants. The inground pool was amazing, too! House is very clean, has lots of amenities, and hosts are very nice and always available! Would definitely stay again.

The house is stunning, and while the pictures are beautiful, they don't actually do it justice. The location is great, walk to the beach, drive to the nearby North Fork towns. The hosts are very welcoming and available and able to make great recommendations. Overall, our trip was too short and we could've spent a lot more time here! Thanks a lot Allison and Tracy for welcoming us to your beautiful home! We'll be back again.

Everything was exactly as pictured and even better. My family of 6 were comfortable and had plenty room to spare. The house was well equipped, super clean and cozy, just pack your clothes and you won’t be disappointed. Close to everything, a perfect getaway anytime of the year. Can’t wait to revisit!

I have stayed at beautiful properties both nationally and internationally but Whitecap is special. The house is an antique gem, wonderfully preserved. There is an incredible amount of detail in every room, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Everyone including my hard to please 83 year old mother commented on how well they slept. The children’s room was sweet and they loved the bunk beds and boat cushion, played in there for hours.The kitchen has it all, from all imaginable equipment, pots, pans and dine ware. We even enjoyed the grill even though it was winter time. The house is walking minutes to a beautiful beach and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and back yard. The hosts were so nice and helpful. Had a lot of treats for the kids and a bottle of sparkling for us. Thank you Allison and Tracy!

Beautiful home with great common rooms to gather. Peloton room was great too! Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Wrap around porch, bikes, fire pit, barbq, outdoor furniture- all great. 2 minute walk to pretty beach. Location is great. Highly recommend!

This was truly an exquisite property in a beautiful location in the heart of Long Island Wine Country. It has the capacity to sleep 10, so if you wanted to do a girls weekend or family getaway, this place is perfect. Attention to every detail, down to the sweet scent of the sheets and the heated pool on a chilly night. This was not just a place to stay, it was an experience. And the property owners, Allison and Tracey, are wonderful and knowledgeable about the area. Very hands on. You will be happy you booked.

The house and property were lovely. Even nicer than they looked in the pictures. Very spacious with loads of amenities. Perfect for a large family vacation. Owners are very accommodating and want to see that their guests have a great time.

I rent a house on the North Fork every summer for my family. I live in Cutchogue, so I have had the opportunity to rent them some beautiful homes for our annual reunion. Whitecap was the best yet.The home really is beautiful. As good as the pictures on the website are, the place is better in person. They have renovated a classic North Fork property to include all modern amenities. There is a brand new pool with a really cool tile deck. The kids loved changing the pool lights with the app on their phones. There are high end appliances and a really nice outdoor grill. The bedrooms are clean and well appointed. The landscaping is immaculately maintained. New Suffolk is a cool little hamlet right in the heart of wine country. One of the best beaches on the North Fork is a very short walk down the road. Be sure to watch the sailboat races around Robin's Island every Wednesday night. The best (only) sports bar, Legends, is also walking distance, which can be handy. You can walk to Cases' Place as well, and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the bay.I can't say enough about the hospitality. They provided bikes, beach chairs, and jars of candy for the kids. They were available if you needed them for anything. We already booked the place again for next year at the same time. Most of the renters from this month have also re-booked for next year. This is really all you need to know about this property.
