Best part of the house - the lake view from the living, dining room and patio. Property was decent, will not call it luxurious. Kitchen had all necessary utensils. Salt, pepper some chili flakes were there. Refrigerator is big for you to stock up your groceries, depending upon your period of stay. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, and toiletries. Washer-dryer were the full load ones and the laundry detergents were provided.

Property-related: a) The section of the house, where the TV, lamps, router and music system connected, had no power. b) The main floor bathroom (shared by all during the day) has no lock. So, you may have to train your kids before entering or hang something on the handle to let other know that it is in use. c) Master/bottom bathroom have showers fitted. d) Bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom, had a freestanding bath tub, so whoever is assigned this bedroom, cannot take a shower. You end up sharing the other 2 bathrooms. Not that convenient. e) No locks on any bedroom door or bathroom door. f) Kitchen sink has motion-sensing faucet. It was glitchy, so at times, we had to wait for the water to come. I find the old-fashioned faucet still the best. g) Lake access is little tricky and once you reach, deck is not wide, not for a big group. Vacasa experience: Customer care executives were respectful and friendly, but had geographical limitations. One of them stated that they are located in East coast, and were unable to reach local property manager in Lake Chelan. Vacasa can work on having local numbers provided to customers at property for quick resolution. After 4 calls to CC spread over 24 hours, finally local property manager reached us to tell us that our problem was assumed to have resolved so no one called us! Upon hearing this, we expressed our displeasure in firmer tone. The property manager conveyed to Vacasa that the customer yelled at her and hung up, and sent no one. Vacasa then sent us a stern email placing the responsibility on us that the we refused the service. All this happened night before our checkout. Only reason for this review is to help other vacationers make an informed decision, though didn't want to relive these moments again. It was our family reunion after many years, which got marred by an unpleasant experience. We sincerely hope Vacasa ensures better vacation experiences to future families.
