Came back to Jacksonville for a family reunion. My wife and I, our son and daughter in-law, and our 2 grandchildren stayed at the condo. Very convenient to the locations of events. The setup with 2 master bedrooms worked out great.

Great price, clean property and excellent location. Very close and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

Condo was very clean and very close to the beach.

My wife & I traveled to Jacksonville Beach for an extended 3 week period. This condo has a great location to the beach, accessible to many shops & restaurants. It was easy to access, well cleaned and had nice bedding, towels & kitchen supplies. The only problem with the unit itself is the bedrooms don't have any dressers. There were some hangers, but most of our clothes had to remain in our luggage because there's no storage in the rooms other than a closet and one nightstand. So, that was a problem due to our lengthy stay. The other issue was a large construction site on the property next door. There is daily construction noise, drills, saws, etc. from 8 to 5. I was working remotely some days and this was problematic. If you're coming to Jax Beach for a long weekend to enjoy the beach, I would recommend this unit. Unfortunately, at this time, I would not recommend for a longer stay due to the lack of organizational storage in the bedrooms & loud weekday construction noise.

Check condo, great location. The building itself was a little dirty on stairs and hallways but condo itself was great.c

Excellent location. Two master suites was nice with private baths. Unfortunately there was construction going nonstop next door. So not a lot of peace and quiet.

Overall was a good option for our short stay. A word of caution, the tub and bathroom floor is very slippery. Check in and out was easy.

Our property manager Breanna was very easy to communicate with. She answered all questions and was able to help us out by getting us and earlier check in during the holidays. The inside of the place was very clean and the location was perfect for our trip. Only complaint is the parking is under the building and the spots are made for small suv’s or a car. We had trouble getting into the spots between the large pillars

This is a great place to stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach, supermarket, and places to eat. The apartment is very nice and clean. Has everything you will need to spend a nice vacation. Breanna was excellent and prompt in responding to any of my messages. I will definitely come back when I need a place to stay in Jacksonville. I highly recommended.

The property has two attributes. The location and the price. You cannot beat the short walk through the park to the beach. It is also the most affordable stay in the area.

Amazing location! Love the outdoor patio and lights. Was a perfect place for us to stay! And the host was very helpful and nice.

The condo was very nice, big beautiful king size beds, very cute and quaint... infact my 16yr old granddaughter wants to buy it, that's saying something if the teenager fell in love with it... I really enjoyed everything too, the balcony was nice and mostly private,great location .. will definitely stay again....

This condo was great for our family of 4. The house was equipped with everything except food. Even though it is on the third floor. Remember you only have to carry your luggage and other heavy items up when you arrive & when you leave! Having 2 bathrooms was a plus for our family of 4. It is 2 blocks from the beach, but walk is not too bad. Also if you don't want to walk then there is a parking lot at beach on your street. Will return if available.

We booked this for a short weekend beach getaway. The condo was sooo relaxing and beautiful. the host was very easy to contact and gave great recommendations for activities. The location is perfect and within a short 2min walk to the beach. I absolutely love nature so I really enjoyed listening to the birds in the trees singing and talking each morning. The balcony was very comfortable to relax. I cannot say enough about how great this place was. Definitely in my saved file for another vacation.!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beach condo. I was a little nervous about staying in a condo for the first time. We usually stay in beach front resorts, but it was far more enjoyable having your own space to spread out. The area was SO nice, the beach was beautiful, and it was so quiet and it offered that true get-a-way feel. I never want to stay beachfront again. I'm not a walker, but the walk to the beach is very easy. Everything you need is nearby. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. Everything was so clean and it felt like home. The best part is having a washer and dryer. We plan to stay again. By far this was our favorite place to stay while at the beach.

We were so pleased with our stay. Pics don't do this place justuce. It had all we needed for our trip. Spacious, clean, relaxing. Breanna was quick in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again and again. Only thing wrong with this stay it wasn't longer.

We stayed here in June 2022. Great location to walk to the beautiful Jacksonville beaches! Host has great recommendations for local attractions! Great communication w host! There were no sofa bed sheets and she brought some over at 10p the night we noticed we didn't have any! Along w 2 Beach towels. We donated sand toys and a boogie board to the rental cause that would be nice to have more things to take to the beach. Beds were great! Shower pressure could use some upgrades but it is a building of like 8 units so I'm sure it's all related. Had nice supply of starter products! Balcony was nice to relax after being in the sun all day! Would rent again for the fact of the closeness to the beach! And the great hosts!

The condo was extremely cozy and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the couch was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The condo was perfect. The beach was a very short walk, and the 4 backpack beach chairs at the condo we’re great. The condo was just as described.

Worked well for us. Looks like it was newly painted. Tidy.

Everything was just as described! Clean, comfortable and homey. Host responds quickly. Short walk to beach no hassle with parking at beach. Tons of places to eat around. The only thing is if you cannot climb stairs this is not a rental for you. 3rd floor condo, I did not see an elevator. Also parking spaces are a tad small so if you have a large vehicle that might be an issue. Overall I would say those are the only negatives worth mentioning. Would definitely rent again!
