Traveling with my teenage daughter and her best friend for a girls getaway. Close to the beach. Walgreens was really convenient next door. Many great restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The extras for the beach were a perfect touch!

Enjoyed the condo! Nice to have 2 bedrooms for privacy. The location is great, close to the beach, walking distance to grocery store and many restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and updated. We were mostly happy with a few minor setbacks: the heat is uneven hot in one bedroom, freezing in the other; —mold in the shower, water takes 7 mins to heat up, mostly clean but dust throughout, balcony door is corroded/ hard to open. There was construction happening in the condo above with loud noises waking us up several mornings. The ice function in was broken and the nearby store was out of ice. The owner was so gracious in allowing late checkout out and clearly takes pride in her apartment ! The property manager was hard to reach and argumentative when all of a sudden we were notified there would be workers in the apartment early the next morning! And on top of already loud construction we had to wake up to. He was unprofessional and defensive guilting us for the late check out, which was an old story at that point, (though the cleaners still came early cause he forgot to book them later ) and asking us to pay some admin fee which was not spelled out in any official paperwork; never apologized for us having to spend our personal time to deal with this maintenance on our time and during the time for which we paid. Really like the property, but would highly recommend for the owner to reconsider who the “face” of her property is.

The property is located right across the beach, with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. This is a beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, looking fresh and cleaned. Easy access to South beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Amazing views and great communication with the property manager. I’d definitely book my stay at this place again next time I come back to Miami.

The property was incredible and the host extremely helpful. We came in to Miami for a family trip and we loved staying here. The property is luxurious and comfortable and really speaks of Miami. The host was also incredibly helpful, she was there to answer all our questions prompty. I highly recommend this property.
