My family had an amazing time at this condo. The location was great. Many shops and restaurants nearby. My children loved the pool and playground that was just steps outside our door. The condo was clean and well maintained. We will definitely return next summer.

Hear every footstep from overhead. Vacassa almost impossible to deal with. Will not rent one if their properties again

This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 4. The only challenge was when i needed to switch a day no one responded to my emails and it was a very long wait time on the phone to get through to a live person! Otherwise would def stay again!

Second time staying at this unit - nice to be back. Place seemed even a little nicer than I remembered from 2/2022 (fresher paint / new carpet?). Easy access to Plaza Trail, great ski locker in hallway, and lots of windows to let in beautiful surroundings. Warm and clean. Prior guests left a bunch of food in in-sink-erator, so general smell was off when first arriving. But some hot water, dish soap, and a few runs and it cleared up - would encourage cleaning crew to check that kitchen sink drain / garbage disposal during cleanings. Otherwise, perfect time and a great place!

The place is clean and bright, with beautiful outdoor views and short hikes all around. It's great for those who want to cook their own meals. The deck would be great in warmer weather. The only issue we had was opening the lock box to return the key when we checked out but a call to the management took care of the problem. My family would look forward to staying there again.

The location of this place is beautiful and the house itself is very cozy and quiet. We went at the end of summer but I imagine in winter it is even cozier and more magical with the snow, frost and fireplace going. Checking in and out was easy and the people in the area (both natives and other guests) are friendly. If you're from the city like me (we are from NYC) and you want a quiet weekend getaway or a nice quiet holiday with family in the Green Mountains, you will love this place.

Everything was great. The only suggestion is that it needs more silverware.

Looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway?!! This is NOT your place. If you want to spend all your free time calling and emailing vacasa and being in charge of property maintenance this is your place! Best of all they didn’t fix a single problem for an entire 3 week stay!! They just kept emailing me saying they were looking into and would get back with me to never resolve issue.

Avoid!!! Do not rent here! You’ve been warned.

Not setup as a rental. They are not prepared for guests. They will take your money and then disappear so good luck to you if you have ANY issue while staying here.

It started with checkin day! Never received info on exact address or how/where to get keys. Had to call ahd email several times to get checkin information afternoon of arrival.

My arrival wasn’t any better. .

The building was under construction as the hallway walls were all removed and there was an old dirty toilet and sink in the hallway with a bunch of other garbage. Couldn’t enter or exit for one full day as they had rugs and construction material blocking my door and hallways and main entrance. Construction workers working in Hallways without masks every day

Kitchen cabinets filled with dirty dishes with caked on food. A dead roach was on kitchen floor when we arrived. No dishwasher detergent. One paper towel roll and one toilet paper roll for a 3 week stay.

Closets all full of stuff so very little space to unpack.

Unit is not setup for renters. They basically just handed us a key to their fully lived in apartment with no information on common needs/questions for guests.

WiFi stopped working 3 days into a 3 week stay and they said they couldn’t fix.

Cell service was spotty (att and Verizon).

Microwave broken.

Cable kept going down.

A true pandemic nightmare stay!

Also the bathroom drawers and cabinets were filled with old used toilet brushes and filthy cleaning supplies that were leaking all over so we can’t use cabinets. And the closets are almost all unusable as they are filled with similar junk.

Carpets filthy and itchy. Bottom of socks black by end of each day.

Apartment not setup for rental guests. It’s as if the owners just gave us a key to crash at their place for the night but not to rent for 3 weeks.

Building is wide open. No key needed to enter. Door to apartment has a flimsy bedroom knob anybody could jimmy to open. Feels very unsafe. Especially considering it looks like all neighboring units are empty.

Called to complain about overnight construction in hallways and in above apartment at 10pm and they said there was nobody to call to get construction workers to stop.

WiFi only worked first 3 days of the 3 week stay. I emailed and called multiple tones to ask for new login and vacasa couldn’t figure out how to get me access.

Had limited cell service In apartment so had no WiFi and often no cell service.

No directions on where to take the trash out.

Horrible host. No information on anything for the stay to assist guests and zero response to issues while there.

All issues addressed during stay ignored. Once you get in you are on your own and don’t expect them to assist with any questions or issues once there.


Awful stay. I’ve stayed in many rentals and never had any real issues intol this stay. Be warned. Do not stay here. Not worth the headache and nightmare. Things will go wrong and you will be out of luck getting answers or fixed.

Very clean, cozy and bright. One of the best locations in the village. Deck has nice views including some of the prettiest birch trees you’ll ever see. Hope to book this unit again very soon.

I like the condo. Only draw back is sofa bed, which has wore mattress. It hurt my back.

Since the hotels and B&B options were booked, we rented this condo for a couple of days during Columbus Day weekend. It was clean and comfortable although it appears to have been built in the 1970s and hasn't been upgraded much. We'd suggest that the owner invest in a new couch since the upholstery is ripped and it's no longer very comfortable. The biggest surprise was that the $375 price for a two night rental ballooned to over $600 with the added fees. So, essentially, it cost as much as staying at a hotel. Overall, this condo was not a bad option considering the situation however we would advise that you be prepared for sticker shock.

The property is approximately 15 minutes outside Manchester. It’s a beautiful location and the condo was clean although a little dated in style. It would probably help to replace the sofas. We were also surprised that the additional expenses totaled about 1/3rd of the cost.

We enjoyed our stay at your Peru Vt condo. It is close to Appalachian Trail and to Bromley Mt. Also just up the road from one of Vermonts beautiful towns Manchester. The condo was perfect for a two or three with a nice kitchen and bathroom and a private bedroom for two. The deck is very relaxing. We opted to extend our stay for one day and dealing with Vacasa was very convienient. Thank you!

This condo had everything we needed to comfortably stay for 5 nights. The only thing missing was firewood but I’m not sure if it is normally provided? We will very likely be back!

Very cozy apartment, in a very convenient location. Great sceneries, two minutes away from Bromley Mountain Adventure Park.

This condo is conveniently located and is just the right size for a couple's getaway in the mountains. Quiet neighborhood. Right across from the clubhouse with a great pool. Delicious food a short drive away in Peru, Londonderry, and Manchester!

A perfect stay. Beautiful location, clean and cozy property, nicely stocked with amenities, and overall lots of nice friendly touches. Wonderful!
