Location and cleanliness

We didn’t have wine glasses for our wine🤷‍♀️

Location is fabulous, close to old town, sea port, restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean with a lot of space and comfortable beds.

Noises from the neighbours.

I rarely write a feedback but this hotel is a 10/10!! 100% recommend it. the staffs were especially very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. super responsive via WhatsApp and gave every support needed. I have forgotten my iPhone on the day of departure but the hotel sent it to me right away. the hotel is in walkable distance from where all the restaurants are, but therefor very quiet and family friendly ( even has park for kids and close to the port ). The window blinds are perfect and makes the room very dark at night ( which made our kids sleep well ) the access to the airport is mere 10-15mins by Taxi.

Very big, very clean, fantastic location. Big bathroom and great shower.

This seems picky given the type of property it is but a couple of up-lights would do wonders. The lights are way too harsh especially in the bedroom and there is no way of dimming them

I liked that it was modern, clean & spacious.

7A had a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom, no hot water and no directions or info on how to use the appliances. 9A had a spiral staircase that needed railings on stairs particularly coming out of the bathroom. Also, fire doors were propped open on most floors.

location was good and the 12€ daily rate for the parking is a real bonus.

air conditioning was not working, there is no hotel reception (it is virtual)

Large apartment. Very clean and comfortable

Nothing was provided - no shampoo/body wash for the shower. There was a kitchen but no basic ingredients eg salt/sugar/oil/milk. If a kitchen space is provided, it is very common nowadays to provide such basics to save your guests having to buy large quantities for a short stay.

Refurbished and cozy apartment in the heart of Vigo.

Not a single thing I didn’t like, it was just marvelous
