Excellent. Intriguing layout. Highly representative of the uniqueness of the city itself. Only thing to note: the allotted parking space is very tight, suitable for a small car only.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed exploring Seville from this central location. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nicely updated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is spread across 4 floors, with the kitchen being on the 4th floor. Getting a morning coffee from the kitchen meant you got some exercise first! Thank you and we hope to be back soon.

Seville was quirky a little disorganised but interesting, confortable and fun. So was this apartment. There's plenty to see and do and I can see myself returning.

Funky, lovely apt with a room on each of 4 levels and cute balcony off the kitchen. Great location and easy to walk everywhere. Our only problem was our car was too big for the insanely small parking space but that’s life!

This is such a cute apartment in a great location! Damien checked us in and took time explaining everything to us. He was great!! The street is quiet but very close to a large plaza with many restaurants and lots of activity. Coffee and a market nearby. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s with no kids. We used all 4 floors. You get some exercise with the stairs but it was fine. It was 106 every day so too hot to use the terrace. We never cooked in but loved the kitchen area. The only thing we would have liked is fluffier towels. If we we return to Sevilla (which we loved!) we would stay here again.

This was a highlight for us - a unique apartment with four floors and a lovely deck on the uppermost floor. This place had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was fully equipped. A great location to walk to Sevilla highlights and also in a local neighborhood. I would stay here again without question.

Very well kept townhouse with all good amenities inside and in a great location just in Macarena district close to the centre. Great small supermarkets close by that were open when we needed. Street is pedestrian only so no traffic noises. Nice to have the balcony. Would go again.

My husband and I enjoyed our multiweek stay in this rowhome on four levels. Its decor is quirky and interesting, and it has a delightful small terrace (with awning) off the kitchen. It was smaller than I expected but had room for everything and provided the small things we needed to be comfortable, from an umbrella in the entryway to lamps on every end table. Generally, everything worked, with two exceptions, and the management was responsive when the hot water heater did not function and also replaced the rotor when the internet wasn't functioning. We appreciated their prompt attention. The location is terrific - a 15-minute walk to the major sights, a 20-minute walk to the Triana market, a 25-minute walk to Plaza de Espana. Important to us was that it is in an authentic-feeling, ordinary location that is quiet at night but that is two minutes from Metropol Parasol with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, A Carrefour Express is a 3-minute walk, an Aldi's and a Cortes Ingles grocery ares 5 to 10 minutes away. Because of its many steep staircases, it is not suitable for small children, older people, or people with physical impairment. This property was a great choice for us.
