This property is excellent and I would highly recommend. The historical space has been renovated and decorated with great care and updated appliances. This provided a cozy retreat with ample parking (which is at a premium) during our vacation. We stayed during Memorial Day week and were steps away from the parade, excellent restaurants, and minutes away from all of the excellent attractions Rhode Island has to offer. Will book again.

Wonderful quaint vacation site. Loved the house, clean, roomy and near all shopping areas, restaurants and a lovely marsh path. Would rent there again and again, for a nice quick get away, or long stay. Most enjoyable!

It was the perfect place to stay for the weekend while exploring the Wickford area. The house was immaculate and had all of the amenities you could want or need.

This charming, unique and and immaculate home made for a one-of-a-kind stay in Wickford village. The thought and attention to detail by the owners, Donna and Joe, that went into transforming a barn into a showstopper accommodation is truly remarkable. The space is extremely livable and cozy. There was plenty of room to stretch out, the bathrooms were fantastic, the kitchen wonderfully stocked with all that was needed. It was so lovely having a peaceful marsh view out the back, yet out the front door historic Wickford awaited with its delightful shops, restaurants and lovely locals. This was a great location as well for exploring Providence, Newport and Jamestown. We didn't want to leave, and we hope we get the chance to visit again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location to walk around historic Wickford. Enjoyed shops, restaurants, and Sweet Marie’s Tea House. Also easy to get to historic mansions in Newport. Very comfortable, clean house.

We loved staying in the 200 year old barn! It was a great location and look forward to another stay! Donna was very helpful and accommodating, too!

Everything about this property was perfect. The layout, decor, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen…. All fantastic. Then there’s the location. Go out front and you’re in Wickford village or go out back and you’re in the woods and the marsh. I loved it and was sad to leave after 3 weeks. Planning on a return extended stay next year.

Beautiful renovated property with tons of space for the entire family. Peaceful setting and view out back - we spent hours on the deck, from morning to sunset. Donna and Joe are very gracious hosts.

Wickford Village is a treat and the location of this place was in walking distance of sores, the ocean and little shops.

This home has everything! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, spacious sitting areas. Bathrooms were amazing. The kitchen is gorgeous! We were in town for our son's URI graduation, I was able to cook for a group luncheon, entertain the kids, Wickford Walk was pleasant. Snapped photos of the amazing birdlife and watched the sun go down on the back deck. Would love to visit again! Thank you for hosting us!

My rating says it all. This property was perfect for our stay in Wickford and Donna and Joe wonderful hosts. The house/barn has absolutely everything you need for a variety of interests and activities. It is beautifully designed and decorated with all the comforts of home. The location provided quick access to everything that we forgot to pack but was tucked away in a lovely private spot. We enjoyed biking, hiking, and dining (within walking distance) and the peace of the deck out back where we watched marsh life. It was a wonderful place to reconnect with family and friends and soak up some of the best of Rhode Island. It will be the first property we look to for future visits. We highly recommend this property for a visit to the RI coast.

It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Newport. The village which it is located in is very cute as well. Highly recommend!

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was perfect! It is in the Wickford Village town center. The building is actually attached to the Sweet Marie’s tea house. I would definitely rent again. Our host responded quickly to my inquiries it was super clean and very comfortable for 6 adults.

Beautiful updated property in a perfect location. Walked to dinner, shops, within 5 minutes. Home included full kitchen ,two large bedrooms and bathrooms, a deck, and living room. Wi fi included.
