4 bedroom villa with pool, on the prestigious Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos.
Features include:-Air conditioned throughout, a heated* pebble pool with corner entrance steps and dolphin floor design, electric pool cover plus pool shower. Mosquito nets and electric shutters on all windows. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms. Electric entrance gates with intercom, parking for several cars on the drive and a garage for several cars.
The villa has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor you find a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and door leading out to the private rear lawned garden which is ideal for sunbathing. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs.
The lounge has patio doors out to the front terrace, a feature stone fireplace with gas fire and plasma TV. A large archway leads to the dining area, with table and chairs for 8 and patio doors out to the terrace.
An open stone staircase leads from the dining area up to the 1st floor and 2 further double bedrooms, 2 with private terraces and 2 further bathrooms.
The nearest golf is on right on your doorstep, Lagos Centre just 3.5 km, the beaches of Porto de Mós and Praia da beach are a 5 minute drive and the nearest large supermarket is just 2km away.

The house is perfect in size and location BUT there was a few challenges that really put a damper on our time there. We could not get the AC to work in the upper bedrooms. It was miserable hot and despite attempts to reach the host he went silent as soon as we told him we had an issue. Needless to say a few in our party got zero sleep during our 5 night stay. Ants! There was tiny ants everywhere. In the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms:-(The home was lacking some basic amenities - 1 garbage bag for 8 people for 5 nights. 1 role of toilet paper per bathroom. 1 towel per person (no pool towels)Overall the home is lovely and a fantastic size for a large group. We have family living immediately around the corner so location was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked with items such as dishes and cookware. If the AC worked and the ants were not an issue I would have given it a 5 star review.

Lovely, spacious property, very comfortable and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Good kitchen, and a useful large gas bbq outside. Fun basement area with table tennis and air hockey. The outside areas were lovely. We paid for the pool to be heated which was very pleasant. Unusually no pool towels were provided so worth being aware of that when booking. Situated within easy walking distance of the Boavista clubhouse and gym/spa.

The villa was beautiful with fantastic facilities in a quiet cul de sac close to all the amenities. I would highly recommended.
