Nice facilities. fast elevator. Nice staff - like “above and beyond” kinda staff.

The pool wasn’t working. So call first! but the manager found a way to compensate us without even being prompted. very thoughtful!!!

Cleanliness, extra personalization for our room, beautiful and calming decor, exceptional staff, good breakfast!!!

Beds were a bit hard but that is just me being a bit picky. Price was a bit high for me but the room was great so all in all it was great!

I chose this hotel mostly because of them having a indoor swimming pool for my children to go swimming. But the swimming pool was not available for them to use because the heater was broken. This disappointed my children greatly . Which caused the accommodations to not met expectations. Also when we needed to empty the trash and asked were we could take it. We were told we could place it outside our door, which just didn't seem right to do. Placing trash on a carpet in a hallway. Were anyone could trip over it Or even the trash could leak. Or we could take it to the large hotel trash dumpster outside. Just feel thier should be some where more appropriate for costumers to dispose of their trash.

couldn’t watch TV as the breaker would flip and we would lose power to all the outlets I. the room.

The breakfast buffet was nice and the buffet attendant was extremely pleasant. The gym was a nice asset to the place.

The front desk staff. Rude, Didn’t tell me where my room was until I asked, didn’t tell us the pool heater was broken, didn’t answer phone calls for housekeeping needs nor respond to any chats until hours later.

Great location. Very clean, great rooms, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was about a 6 very good.

I liked the whole room set up and how clean everything was. I enjoyed the small kitchen with the appliances it felt like a mini apartment.

Ample parking

This was a dirty room upon arrival. The front desk person was sarcastic and unprofessional when addressing the situation. To be fair, she was like this upon checking in as well, which should’ve been the first red flag. I didn’t knock on her front door at home but she acted like I did. There was no way to notify the attendant when someone was at the desk. They, after several moments, come lumbering out of the back room like I’m an inconvenience rather than a guest. Literally every front desk person I encountered was rude, the saving grace being the lady who restocked the breakfast. It was bizarre as I’m not paying $200+ to be treated like I just came in before closing at a Popeye’s. I decided to get a hotel room to recover from surgery and there was a pile of DIRTY mens underwear in the nightstand. The room itself was missing amenities and the bathtub wasn’t clean either. When escalated to the assistant general manager Nick, he had an accusatory rather than sympathetic tone with us. No, I wasn’t trying to get one over on this mid tier chain hotel. I wanted what I paid for, which I still didn’t get.

would love it if breakfast could be served until 9:30 or 10! great breakfast though!
