Nice clean apartment with good decor in central plymouth , it’s recommended
You need to go to office which is different address to check in and collect the key first (the post code take you behind the building) nice accommodating staff at reception waiting then go to the property which is further down the road ..
The corridor light inside the apartment which is automatically comes on in the middle of the night as you walk or come out of bedroom was very irritating..

This Suite is exactly what we needed for our one night stay to see a show at the Plymouth Pavilions… perfect location for walking to centre, enough space and comfortable for 4 people, decent bathrooms, very clean, reasonable price and pleasant greeting at reception.

Difficult to find the property initially and couldnt find the office at first.
Bath taps were broken - reported but not fixed while we were there.
Lamp shade was missing.
Toilet brush and holder were in rather a mucky state!

Lovely clean, modern and well equipped, looked better than the photos. Really helpful and friendly staff. Great location. I am very picky but I would definitely stay here again. Great parking as well.

Well located and well equipped (the only thing that could possibly have been added was kitchen scissors) apartment in a great location. It was a good size and really felt like a home from home we could be comfortable in. The building is beautiful and has been restored respectfully, keeping many original features. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful too. We would return.
The apartment had beautiful, huge sash windows. In the bedroom they had thick curtains along with the blinds but not in the living room. Given the time of year, it would have been nice to have curtains in there too. There was a slight draught and although this didn't effect our stay as it was easy to turn the heating up it would ha e felt more cosy to be able to pull the curtains.

All was great, except the shower in the en suite wasn’t working.

The property was clean and the location was good making it easy to access local facilities and restaurants.
When booking the apartment it stated there would be a sofa bed, however when arriving we were told it wasn’t set up and to have bedding for it would cost an extra £23. There was also a deposit which we were not alerted too until the day before our stay and we struggled to sleep due to loud noise from both the upper and lower residents due to loud banging, talking and discussion of drugs. This went on throughout the entire night and into the next morning.
