We had a wonderful girls weekend and just loved this house! The kitchen had everything you need to make meals and the porch was our favorite spot to relax. The views were spectacular!

The spacious house, neatly designed property, expansive deck, and gorgeous view was all five star. Three couples enjoyed a relaxing Sewanee Parents Weekend together. We saw plenty of deer and birds and appreciated the remote area and cool weather. A must stay!

Traveled to area from Massachusetts to visit with family from Alabama. Chose this property to help escape hot weather and to be close to some beautiful hikes. The property did not disappoint. Well furnished and appointed home. Especially loved the deck and screened in porch. Appreciated how well stocked the home was. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous

This home has the most spectacular view and a wonderful little waterfall right by the house! The kitchen was well-equipped, even though, for this trip, our group did not do much cooking. The community spaces (living room, dining room, screened porch and deck) provided more than ample space so that none of our group felt cramped with each other. Please note, there is no WiFi at the house. We brought our own Verizon Jetpack with us and it worked beautifully. For the females in our group, we might have wished for a little more light in the bathrooms, but this was a minor inconvenience. If you are a person who does not "rise with the sun" I would suggest that you do not sleep in either of the large, well-appointed bedrooms with the balcony views, only because those rooms get the early morning sun and there are no window treatments on the spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. Early risers will love those two bedrooms! Our group of Sewanee graduates would stay in this home again. Several members indicated that they planned to return with their families in the future.
