This place was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who stays there plus the owners are amazing.

The house was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great. Master bedroom and bathroom were lovely and very clean. WiFi didn’t work well in master, but I used my hotspot on my cell with no issues. The hot tub/pool combo (the propane heater was a necessity and worked great) set on Alligator Lake was amazing! Saw some small alligators, turtles and many birds. Beautiful views and patio lounging area was really nice. We had to bring our own pool towels, but not a big deal. The Property manger popped in unannounced once to clean the pool, but not a big deal to us. Would rent again!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes over the years and this was the best ever. Easy walk into Safety Harbor for meals and exploring. Bike trail right outside the front door across the street. Hose has everything you could need. Very nice pool and hot tub. Owner very nice lady. We hope to stay there again when come to Florida to visit our daughter.

Our stay was amazing. The property had everything we needed. The two times we needed assistance, the help we required was prompt. The location was outstanding; places to eat and shop were near by and very good.

The house was lovely, the town was fun, and the Pelicans diving were hilarious.

We enjoyed our stay at Safety Harbor. It was a great location. We walked to Main street several times during the stay and enjoyed local restaurants. We were there on the third Friday of the month so got to enjoy the 3rd Friday celebration. They shut down a portion of Main Street and have bands and food. It was very fun. The house and pool area were nice. We spent most of our time outside or in the TV room off the pool. The mattress in the master bedroom is not comfortable as it had a large dip in the middle so we ended up sleeping in one of the other bedrooms. The kitchen had most of what we needed. There was only a small skillet and a griddle but when I called the host they brought a larger skillet for us to use.

Our family had a great time visiting. The house was stocked well with everything we needed. The pool/spa and outdoor area was relaxing and the water view was awesome. It is a very short walk to downtown Safety Harbor and very convenient. The location cannot be beat to explore the area. The house was very comfortable and clean and we loved the multiple TV areas.

Location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and the pier, and short, easy drive to surrounding towns. The house was easy to get comfortable in and felt homey. For the price point, I feel the instructions left could be better. While the hot tub was there, we had no instructions on operating it so if this is important, be sure to ask questions. the TV information was outdated, some passwords did not work. I suggest bringing beach towels as there were no pool towels, only bath towels. Overall experience is 2 thumbs up and would stay here again.

We were overall very happy with the property. It truly felt like vacation with a beautiful lake view, a great pool, and well stocked. The location is lovely. Safety Harbor is really cool with lots of great restaurants, trendy breweries with outdoor live music, yet still family friendly. There is a city park about a half a mile away, where we took our kids to play.. The public library also had a very cool kids' section with fun programming. We liked being accessible to Tampa Airport and Clearwater Beach. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are a reasonable day trip, as was Honeymoon Island and even Tarpon Springs animal sanctuary and peppa pig world. The house was beautiful. The floor plan was nice and the bedrooms were roomy. Everyone commented on how great the couch in the back living room is (there are two living rooms). We had repeated issues with the remote controls, but the TVs were very good and Netflix was even offered. We were pleased to see the full size ping pong table on the terrace, a foosball table and even a dart board, even though we didn't use them much (we have very little kids). We used the gas grill every day, but there was also a charcoal grill. One of the most memorable things about the property were that there were alligators in the lake that regularly come right up to the dock. I think it's very safe, but we kept our kids inside, nonetheless. The house is right on ALLIGATOR LAKE. I hope the my review may help others: I had trouble communicating with the host by email, but when I called her, she was extremely nice and helpful. You may get better answers by phone rather than email. One suggestion I could offer the host is that the master bedroom (king size) probably needs a new mattress. There is a large dip on one side, so much so that my husband had to sleep in the extra bedroom because it hurt his back.

The city of Safety Harbor is a quaint town with many restaruarnts. It is very centralized to travel to different areas around there that would like to go. I would definitly stay here again.

We rented Bayshore for one week. The place was clean but we ran into many issues. First, we rent a house because of food allergies. We need to cook the majority of our food. This home is not equipped to do this. I usually have a shake in the mornings, the blender did not work (it was advertised to have one), the dishes did not match (doesn't really matter but with the price of the rental, you would feel the house would have a set of dishes and glasses, the fooseball table did not have a ball to play with, the fishing poles were all tangled and unusable, the fridge had a water dispenser but took forever to fill up even a small cup, there were no tupperware to use that the tops actually fit on properly, the slot machine that is in the house did not work, and the wifi did not work in the master bedroom (I worked from there a couple days and had to work from the living room instead which is hard with kids). The big issues were the tub in the guest bathroom did not drain and the shower head was disgusting. The toilet in that bathroom broke on Wednesday (would not flush). Wednesday night the A/C broke (it was 96 degrees out) and I called the owner at 8:13pm. She said she would call the repair man but did not know if they would come out. I did not receive a call back so I had to call her. She said they would be there at 930pm. They came and fixed it around 1030pm but they had to come in the morning to fix it again. They came back at 9am to fix it. We were without air for another three hours in Florida in the summer! The half bath toilet runs every time you flush it. The handle got stuck every single time. The bedroom with two beds is so hot compared to the rest of the house. They ask for you to keep the air at 77 degrees which I am a small person and that is too hot for me. We couldn't get the house lower than 76 because the A/C had issues. I texted the Tina Marie at the number given on Thursday telling her all this. Not a call or text back at all! Nothing!! I travel many times a year and this is by far one of the minimally stocked homes and the worst for customer service. Maybe this post will get a response because my text surely did not. Being without fully functioning air for almost the whole week should be enough in itself to respond and apologize. It was not.

We have stayed at this property several times and every time we have a blast. It is so beautiful and perfectly located. You can swim, fish, take walks and bike rides into downtown Safety Harbor, get to Tampa in a very short car ride or go to several beaches. The views of the lake are beautiful from all of the large windows at the back of the home and the screened in back porch. And sunsets in the dock are awesome. Tina owns the house and she is super friendly and helpful. I look forward to many more stays!

Our family stay in Safety Harbor for the week was a very pleasant experience. The house and location are great and we loved the town of Safety Harbor. Beautiful morning walks along the bay and the city parks and a good location for visits to family in the Tampa area. Although we experienced one equipment problem at the house, Tina was very responsive and had repair person out the same night I called to take care of the problem. That is good service!

My husband and I stayed for a week. The house is perfectly located in Tampa, only 20-30 minutes from everywhere, and Safety Harbor is a lovely area with a great main street of shops and restaurants. The house is OK. It has almost everything you need for a stay, but everything seems very low end and the whole house needs a good deep cleaning. Mismatched dishes, some were dirty that we had to wash before cleaning. The blender was horrible. There were no instructions on the TVs, and most of the remotes did not have batteries. The towels are so-so. There were only 3 washcloths, and 1 had a hole in it. They request you keep the house at 77 degrees, which seems fairly warm for most people. We only used the master bedroom. The mattress needs to be replaced; it has a noticeable dip in the center. The pillows need to be replaced as well. We found others in the closets, but they were dirty. The bathroom is ok. Shower is nice, except it has 2 shower heads on opposite walls, but only 1 can be used at a time. Not sure why the dressing area has a stool, there is no mirror. Found a small mirror under the sink, but the batteries were corroded. Nice closet but needs decent hangers. They are all leftovers from store purchases. A waterfall from the hot tub heats the pool. We found out the spa could only be heated to 86 degrees, so not really a hot tub. Living room and dining room furniture is nice. Outside furniture is ok. The table in the pool table is very worn. A comfortable outside dining area would be nice. 2 adult bikes in the garage were not the best quality, but they worked after adding air to the tires. Nice beach chairs are provided that you can use if you venture to the beach and lots of pool and sand toys for kids. We added a couple of rafts to the pile that we did not want to bring home. Due to mosquitos, the dock area was impossible to use. Not sure if that's normal or just the time of year. Lot's of birds flying around, which was nice to watch. A/C went out on our last day but the owner was very responsive and it was fixed later that day. Overall, not a bad place, but it needs some TLC and missing those extra touches that would make me want to return.
