Easy access and parking by the rooms.

had to fix the drain to use the tub. The furnaces are old out dated and noisy. Hard to sleep. Outdoor hot tub hasn’t worked since our stay a year prior with the same excuse as to why it doesn’t work.

The owner was very nice. She made me feel completely welcomed. She made sure that I had everything that I needed. I felt right at home.

I liked everything

Room was cozy as could be. Place was quiet. Nice warm radiant heat and nice hot showers. Tiled bathroom/shower and wood paneling and trim in room I loved. Tiffany and team are very friendly and professional. We blew a breaker first night after hours and she called back right away and got it taken care of. Look forward to staying here again next time in Red Lodge.

Sink takes a long time to get hot water.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. We really liked the nice little kitchenette.

My only complaint was that we could hear our neighbors really well. But that is a small thing and it is the only reason I didn’t give it a full star rating.

Rather cool inside.

We reserved a king room with kitchenette on short notice. We almost stayed at Alpine Inn, only $10 more. But, this Inn had good reviews. I pre-paid the $160 stay (9/20/21). We were on long road trip (3,500 miles) & had been headed to the Grand Tetons. We arrived at the office at 4:00pm, I rang the doorbell to get the desk clerk. The female clerk looked very tired, wasn't friendly at all. Told her I just made a reservation online 20 mins prior. She looked at computer & stared blankly at me & said "there's no reservation here". I told her that yes, I had a reservation & had prepaid & showed her my email confirmation. She then got back on the computer & said "oh, here it is, the screen needed refreshing". She gave me Room 7 keys. The sign out front said the office closed at 10pm, but she said they were closing at 9pm & that if I wanted ice, I should get it from the office ice machine before 9pm. My husband & I got settled into the room quickly as we were very tired. The room looked dated & the mattress was old & squeaky. There were only 3 sheets of paper towels left on the roll in the kitchenette. My husband turned on the heat & the microwave turned on BY ITSELF. Very creepy! At 7:15pm, my husband, (who is 6'6" tall, 51 yrs old & fit) went into the small bathroom to shower. I heard a loud thud & heard him yell. I found him laying on the floor on his right side, clutching his right ankle & wrenching in pain. He had landed on his right hip & ankle (his head missed striking the toilet, Thank God!). I ran to office & told clerk he had fallen & may be injured & I needed extra ice bucket to ice his ankle. She was unconcerned, didn't ask if he needed medical attention or 1st Aid & handed me another ice bucket.
