Super spacious and cosy

great spot, comfortable and walking distance to everything

really needs 2 bathrooms for a family. dishwasher was broken and full of dirty water that stunk. someone had a dog there so it smelt of dog and dog hair on couches. parking is a pain. people in the unit opposite us had 2 cars so one was parked opposite our driveway so couldn’t park in our single car park or we’d hit them.

Location was fantastic - short walk to beach and the complex was really peaceful. Two min walk to local coffee shop. Comfortable beds, and the floor plan with bedrooms separate from lounge/kitchen was great for our family. Lovely deck.

Would not call this a three bedroom place AT ALL. The ‘third’ bedroom is located in the entrance hall and would have zero ventilation. Some of the pillows definitely need replacing, lots of lightbulbs out, and the cleaners need to do a more thorough job under the beds and furniture.

We loved the open living areas they were so bright with lots of natural light where we could all relax & hang out together. The location was awesome an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, local shops & neighbouring Cabarita or Kingscliff.

Great location. Very relaxing. Everything supplied for in accommodation.

There was only one bathroom which made it difficult when family members wanted to use the facility at the same time.

Area more built up than expected but easy walk to beach and once in complex did not feel cramped I . Pool and spa excellent. Very comfortable although is not a 3 bedroom it’s a 2 and a half with bed under stairs. Close to shops and stores. Would definitely go back.

The Shack was delightful, quirky decor, great location.

The disgusting level of dust & cobwebs behind beds & bedside tables, the dog hair on lounges & outside furniture, dust/grime on ceiling fans, mould in tracks of shower & on pull down screen of 3rd sleeping area all which triggered an allergic reaction in my grandson.
